Excellent Company & Service
Excellent service.
Customer service was fantastic from the start, helping me choose the right hair replacement system and then arranging a fitting at a time to suit.
Rob did my hair and I can't praise him enough, he is an asset to the company.
I was unsure whether to go through with my hair replacement system after not such a great experience the first time around and I'm so glad I did now and with Tru Hair.
Rob put me at ease straight away and took his time in ensuring I had my hair the way I wanted it and answering any queries I had along the way.
I would like to Thank the team and Rob personally for making me feel comfortable in the process and the end result which has given me a big confidence boost.

Today was my first booking with Rob &…
Today was my first booking with Rob & tru hair after changing from a different company. The whole team were very welcoming , I was a little nervous due to changing and not sure what to expect with a new system from someone else being fitted but Rob done a fantastic job, I’m very happy with it. They have different methods to others which I’m looking forward to seeing how things go with those over the next few weeks.
So far so good , I’d highly recommend anyone looking for a hair system to contact tru hair, their knowledge is massive, very helpful and are there to answer all your questions. Great people. Thanks again.

Low quality hair system at a costly price
Can't recommend unfortunately. After trying a few well known companies like Lordhair and lavivid I thought I'd give a UK company a go as it would arrive quicker but oh boy what a mistake. Firstly the hair system itself arrived very poorly packed, it comes in a jiffy bag so it's not in fish net or box or any sort of packaging to keep the system in good condition. It's the system on its own in a jiffy bag. That was the first negative point and ok I can deal with that but the system itself is of low quality. It's shedding like crazy and I've only had it less than a week. Also the cost is just ridiculous compared to other companies. Like double the price. Was refused the option to return too as I had it custom made yet website says can return for 50% refund on custom made systems so yes I won't be using these again and can't recommend unfortunately

Hi Stevo, after having gone through our customer list we cannot identify selling you any of our products. Although we really value feedback from all of our customers theres a few strange points about your comments unfortunately, firstly you mentioned the cost, we can proudly say we have the best value products in the UK and all of our customers know this, furthermore if it was "ridiculously overpiced" as you say then why would you make the purchase? Regards to shedding, this is common in a number of competitor products but again our products are known for not having this issue. Nevertheless if you felt the product had a flaw we cannot locate you ever getting in touch with us about it. FInally our website is clearly labelled to say customised systems are non refundable with multiple tool tips and labels to highlight this (we know this as we built it into our site when we lanuched). FInally we would like to highlight that we take our work seriously and this shows in our product quality and workmanship, this can be vetted by the numerous high rated reviews and testimonials online.
If you still feel the need to contact us we would be happy to talk however It seems this review is from a disgruntled ex staff member who is aiming to damage the great reputation of our business. Meanwhile we will continue to plough on and deliver great quality systems for our clients and offer the best fitting experiences too.

Brilliant Service From Start to Finish
Had my first maintenance cut after having my system fitted several weeks ago. The TruHair team fitted me in with Rob who was absolutely brilliant, made me feel really comfortable and gave me a brilliant cut - exactly how I wanted it. I can't recommend Rob & the TruHair team enough, all fantastic, professional & friendly people
