I saved probably about $150 on a night guard. The process was easy and pretty quick. I’d definitely give them my business again.

I have been dealing with their customer service for weeks. I did a mold and emailed it to them quickly. Waited several days for them to respond. When did respond they said the molds needed to be done again. I had already used all mold kits prior. They said they would mail me some more kits. Took a long time just to get the kit. Did the molds again and sent photos again. Took a week or more to get a response. Said they were okay to mail. Took another week or so to get retainer back. The retainer didn't even come close to fitting my teeth. I already have a retainer. I sent them pictures of my retainer and what they made. Asked them if seeing my retainer would help. Said if not I just wanted to get my money back. They said the mail the retainer back for them to review. I really don't expect to get a retainer that works. Probably will have to fight with them to get my money back.

This review is for the night guards… the quality and durability is terrible. I only used mine for maybe 8 weeks and the softer inside delaminated from the harder outside. The harder outside flared out and bowed because it was so thin so it just became sharp and painful. I sent a photo to the customer service and they called it normal wear and tear from excessive grinding, but mine isn’t an overly crazy case. There’s many providers of these things on the market right now and for the night guards I think Trufit’s is a weak product.

Right from the start, my nightguard was uncomfortable. It felt unusually 'short' and misaligned, especially on the right side. This caused it to constantly slip out of place and leave my teeth aching.

Hoping I just needed to get used to it, I tried wearing it every few days to acclimate. Unfortunately, I eventually had to accept that it wasn't an adjustment issue—the guard simply did not fit properly.

Because I spent time trying to make it work, I admittedly reached out to customer service slightly past their 30-day warranty window. I politely explained the situation and asked if they had any suggestions. Instead of help, I received a flat, dismissive response: 'Unfortunately, your guard is past the 30-day warranty window and is no longer eligible for replacement or adjustments.'

When I replied to express my disappointment with their rigid customer service, their follow-up was even worse—and completely contradicted their own marketing. In one breath, they claimed their product is the same quality as professional dental guards, and in the next, they told me I should go to a dentist because their product isn't designed for 'my level of grinding.' Make it make sense! Is it a professional-grade guard for grinders, or not?

Bottom line: The product was poorly fitted, customer service was utterly dismissive over being slightly past the 30-day mark, and they directly contradicted their own advertising to avoid helping me. Buyer beware.

Ordered their sports mouthguard for my son's wrestling match. Ordered standard thickness (3mm) for wrestling, received a wrong one (thin type-2mm). It was lucky for me to double check the thickness with a caliper since that is the only way I can know the thickness. No marking anywhere at all. Otherwise, my son's teeth may be in danger.

Emailed customer service about the wrong guard. They asked me to mail it back in no wear/tear condition. After they receive it and check the condition, they will make a correct one. I do not want to wait another month. I asked if I can just destroy it and send them pictures as proof, since it was a custom made guard which they will have no chance for resale. They refused. Told me I will need to buy the wrong guard paying extra money or send it back. They do not care about the delay. It is their policy.

Done with this company. Will try Gladiator or Impact.

Great customer service, I had a couple of issues with my night guard and sent it back under warranty they shaved it down and loosened it up so it worked perfectly for me. Shout out Sarah and team for the great work! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

The end product is exceptional. By far the best mouthguard on the market. The impression process was straightforward, and the explainer video made it simple to do. I purchased a second one a month later, with different team colors, and received it within days. Couldn't be more pleased.

I was shopping around for affordable whitening trays and came across Trufit. I really liked the idea of making a custom impression of my teeth, since I’ve tried prefabricated guards before and they were always either too loose or too tight.

The online ordering process was really easy and once my impression kit arrived, I watched the tutorial video to make sure I was doing things correctly. This was really helpful because I didn’t really know what I was doing. Once I sent my impressions back I had my mouth guard within a week or two. Their team was really helpful during the process and I love that I can go online and reorder whenever I need a new one
