Disappointed
Disappointed.
I truly wish I could say that this was a good Canadian product. But I can't. Every one of the 6 bottles sent to me have a defective spraycap. They seem to be glued with Crazy glue. They promised to send me new replacement bottles and have not. Now they don't even respond to emails. (Jan 30th,2025 update) Truesense sent me two(2) empty bottles and 2 additional fragrances. (Got to give the points for trying to make things right..👍🏼) Unfortunately all bottles eventually exhibited same sticking issue. The plastic of the spray top reacts with something in the fragrance. I eventually brought new bottles from AMaz.n with threaded spray tops, and transfered everything in the new bottles..
Unfortunate.. because the scents are amazing..

The whole process was very good
The whole process was very good. I’m impressed how accurate they are. Only downside was one of the tops were so tight I pulled the spray out with it and spilled out the bottle.
Was surprised with 2 samples of other scents. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.
