Scam?

Scam? Not 100% sure but I can say they have claims on their site to include it starts working in 18 minutes, will turn your urine blue within 2 hours showing its working, the taste is unique... all these claims are false one chew is only 5mg of methelyne blue and claims of third party tested but nothing in package to prove it. Packaging has no ingredients. They claim to be US company yet product takes a month to receive and shipped via international courier which shows not US product. Steve will come on here and give his long drawn statement on quality and the so called claims but it still does not change the above facts. Buyer beware. There is no refund no matter what even if not opened, they claim because of regulations. Only reason I gave a 2 star is because they actually replied to my email complaint but with no real resolution.

Methylene blue can affect people differently. Some notice effects or changes like urine color quickly, while others may not. That part can vary more than we’d like, and we should have set clearer expectations.

Each gummy contains 5mg as listed on our product page. It’s designed as a controlled, gradual dose.

On shipping, we are a US-based company but do use international fulfillment partners when local stock runs out. I understand how that can feel misleading, and we’re working to make that clearer upfront.

Regarding your support experience, I wasn’t able to locate any open claim under your review. If you do have an existing case, I’m happy to personally step in. Just reply to any of our emails and ask for Steve, and I’ll take care of it directly.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I bought off of an Instagram ad had three bags delivered to my house. Product is mediocre at best reach later I begin receiving $50 charges on my credit card from their website which I never even visited. I see other people complaining about this too there was no authorization of any membership or anything like that at the time of purchase. Do not do business with this company.

SCAM!

Like everyone else on here, was charged monthly and didn’t realize and there is no way to cancel on the website. Phone number leaves you on hold and no one ever picks up.

I did not order a VIP service & I've gotten charged $50 twice in the last two month, The number I called is disconnected, this is absolutely absurd. I'm about to contact the attorney general's office for this deceptive practice. The shame is, I actually enjoy the gummies. It's terrible that they can't be straight forward.

Scam warning.

I have the same problem as all the other 1 star reviews. Charged 50 bucks for a scam that I didn't see at check out.

Plus it didn't really work for me anyway.

I will adjust my review if I get a refund. If not I guess charge back will be the way to go.

NV Truehealth Inc is Fraud and Scam

This product is useless. I attempted at cancel this VIP scam and keep getting billed 49.99 Once shipped the product can't be returned so the cycle deception just rolls on. Amazon should be ashamed of selling this product. The business is not reputable or responsive.

This is a fraud account. You get boxed in and can’t reject an order. Secondly when the order that you didn’t order arrives there isn’t enough information to contact the shipper.

If there was a zero I would use that! Getting billed $49.99 every month and I do not see my consent anywhere for any automatic billing! To top off the frustration the product is an absolute hoax- their product does not work! Save your money, save your time and save some frustrations and don’t order the product!! On hold for an hour and a half with no human to talk too! Next stop is my AG office and possibly my post master for mail fraud!

What a scam this company is (fixed after complaint)

What a scam this company is. Please look at the prior reviews. I emailed this company to cancel my order 20 days ago. “Cancel order” means “cancel order”. “Cancel order” means the entire order. I didn’t ask for a partial cancellation. Why would I ask to cancel my order, you acknowledge that you will cancel but, not cancel the subscription. These people are nuts.

this was originally a 1 star that I Changed to a 3 star rating. I appreciate they made an effort to refund, after contacting them. I’m just not sure how I could’ve missed the subscription purchase without a full disclosure. It still doesn’t seem like a straightforward honest transaction.

I placed an order for a 3pack of gummies, new customer. During the order process I continued to decline additional products. The decline buttons are not consistent on any of the pages. I wasn't able to review the chargers before the accepted the order after the declines and they charged me for and additional $70 worth of products. What a scam company

How does this company get away with…

How does this company get away with automatically signing people up for a “membership” without any approval. Trying to charge my card $50 over and over again. I wonder how many people they scam by doing this. Product hasn’t worked at all and it’s a waste of money. Stay far away from them!

I ordered from this Scam and was charged for a membership I did not select

I ordered from this company and looked at the reviews and just checked my bank account and found an extra $50.00 charge to my account. I immediately sent an email stating I did not select the membership option. I immediately sent an email to them stating that I do not want the membership. I have not heard from them. I was foolish to believe the ad I responded to on Instagram. I am disgusted with the fact that this company gives no phone number to speak to anyone. I have been scammed and I echo the other reviews on this site, so not order anything from this company!!

Upon checking, the trial period ended, which triggered a billing attempt. However, the charge was declined, and no amount was successfully processed on our end.

If you’re seeing a pending charge on your bank, it’s likely an authorization hold, which is automatically released by your bank within a few business days. You can also contact your bank directly to confirm this.

Oh noo..I thought I did enough research…

Oh noo..I thought I did enough research on this company but completely missed this! They just got me for a subscription that I did not sign up for. 50 dollar outta my account for a product that took forever to get here the first time. I'm too old for this and went through deceptive billing in the nineties. I cant believe it's still happening.

Beware scam company

Beware scam company! Markets their methylene blue as a neuropathy treatment when it won't help at all for this especially taken orally. Their 60 thousand plus reviews are all fake with a.i generated images to go along with the generated reviews. They claim their methylene blue is USP grade yet don't provide any 3rd party testing. They give out stolen copies of an ebook as an add on to orders.

Methylene blue can be great but unfortunately the market is flooded with scammers like this.
