Faultless tailored service
I went to True Advice with a bit of a tall order. My earnings were ok but my administration and records were poor. I went to try and see if I could figure out a mortgage of £300,000 which already seemed tricky. Ashley worked one on one with me for months and we managed to achieve and increase this figure.
After getting an offer accepted and it falling through I found another property which now seemed even further out my price range. Once again, True Advice were happy to sit down, get clever and see if there was a solution to be found.
In the end a property was purchased for £485,000 on a terrific rate.
True Advice were professional, quick to respond and made a concerted effort when I moved goalposts to try and accomplish what seemed like an impossible target. The result was a mortgage figure far above what I thought possible and on a rate I didn't think would be achieved.
Highly recommended.

GREAT MORTGAGE COMPANY
My experience with True Advice Financial Services was very professional as they were very quick to respond and answered any questions as they came up on the setup of our mortgage. They did a great job at setting up the mortgage for my wife and I. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and I would highly recommend them. Another plus point is you can email, call etc and actually get a speedy response without having to queue for hours.
