Facilities need investment and modernising
I have had five sessions with Dani for knee pain, and she has been absolutely brilliant. She is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. Thanks to her expertise, I have seen real progress, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking physiotherapy.
Unfortunately, I feel the facilities let the team down. The physiotherapists are clearly doing their best with limited resources, but the premises are in need of investment and modernisation. There is no gym or dedicated exercise space where physiotherapists can demonstrate and supervise exercises during appointments, which feels like a missed opportunity for rehabilitation.
The building itself could also be improved. There is no proper waiting area before entering, meaning patients often have to wait outside, which is fine in good weather but much less so when it's raining. There is no air con which in such hot weather is stifling. A Ring doorbell was installed, but it appears to have stopped working.
My overall impression is that the business relies heavily on the talent and dedication of its staff, particularly Dani, rather than investing in the facilities and patient experience. Given the fees charged, I think customers would reasonably expect a higher standard of premises and equipment.
If it weren't for Dani, I honestly wouldn't consider returning. She is the reason I would recommend this practice despite my concerns about the facilities.
