They are one of the few solicitors i have used who provide pre-paid self addressed envelopes with any paperwork requiring a wet signature. They made me feel at ease and that I wasn’t doing anything wrong by instructing them. After over 10 years of no works being carried out and my landlord ignoring my requests, they made it clear to me that my repairs needed to be addressed and they could help.
