Extremely disappointing experience with Trusted Shops.

The whole process is incredibly slow, communication is poor, and there is virtually no meaningful support. I have been trying for weeks to get my money back, but instead of receiving a clear solution, the process keeps dragging on with further delays and requests to wait.

For a service that is supposed to protect customers and provide security when problems occur with an online shop, this experience has been an absolute disaster. I expected Trusted Shops to actively help resolve the issue, but so far I have received very little actual support.

After weeks of trying to recover my money, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the way this case has been handled.

This company processes reviews for other companies. You can only leave a review if said company sends you a link. I had a horrendous experience with one of the companies they process reviews for, of course, the company didn't send me a link so therefore I cannot leave a review making it look like the company has a fab star rating! Funny how the trustpilot review for said company is 2.6stars but the Trusted Shops reviews rating is 4.9. If the companies that use them don't send a link, no review so they don't send the link if they mess up!
