I purchased 12 x packs of Tropical Sun soursop teabags from this company and it was an excellent choice. The price was the best I had seen so I was able to treat my friends to some packs as well. My order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. The tea is absolutely delicious and I will definitely be buying more from this great company. They are certainly a great find.

I loved and trusted brand that I have used for years I love that the products are super fresh tasty and a really high-quality!

Excellent quality products, and I'm happy that I can buy directly from the company. Sometimes, my locals don't have what I need in stock. Good delivery service too.

Great tasting soup at a bargain

Prompt delivery.
Tasty and crunchy snacks.
Finally got something I had been craving.

Placed an order mainly for the Root beer, but added some other stuff as well. Some syrups, tea and aloe vera drinks. Root beer is fabulous and can highly recommend the aloe vera drinks as well. The teas are refreshing and a pleasant sunrise tbh. The only thing that tastes a bit off was the cola syrup as it has a very chemical taste. Soursop juice is excellent as well. All arrived extremely well packaged. Will definitely be ordering again as I've nearly run out of root beer and want some more aloe vera drinks;.

Excellent service for this wonder tea. Am consciously trying to avoid using Amazon and it was a relief to find a company doing my favourite tea independently of them.

Very quick service, and lovely, tasty products

Ordered soursop juice as a treat for my husband , he says it was delicious! I liked the price and quick delivery

What a great company to do with. The products they supply are outstanding and great value for money.
I will be using Tropical Sun foods again and many more times

I recently purchased a pack of Tropical Sun Jollof Rice, and to say I’m disgusted would be an understatement. Upon opening the bag, I was hit with a foul smell, only to find the rice completely mouldy, mushy, and inedible. This is absolutely unacceptable!

I reached out to Tropical Sun's customer service, expecting at least an apology or some form of resolution, but the response has been atrocious. I’ve been ignored, given the runaround, and left with no compensation or even acknowledgment of the issue.

Selling such filthy, spoiled products is bad enough, but their lack of care for customers makes it even worse. I will never be buying from them again and strongly warn others to avoid their products unless they want a stomachache or a fight for basic customer service.

Sort this out, Tropical Sun!

Very nice. Have one a day and you'll see a difference within a week.
Quick delivery

I first got introduced to Tropical Sun products in Sainsbury's, then decided to buy directly from their online shop and had the most pleasant experience. The prices for the products and delivery are more than reasonable, my order was processed very quickly and I loved everything I ordered! What not to like? Will definitely do it again. Good luck to the company and thanks a lot for being good sellers.

I have ordered on a regular basis for over a year from Tropical Sun because they stock quality items that I find hard to get elswhere and all orders are safely wrapped and arrive on time.

Solid company, I have recently ordered for the first time and will be coming back for sure. Massive range of exotic food products, often not found in shops.

Tropical Sun Foods… amazing company to order from… they have so much on line in terms of herbs/ spices , teas and other useful items thaty you can’t find in your local supermarket. The prices are amazing too… Orders come on time and are packaged very well so no damage on arrival. Brilliant company! Will be using them from now on!
