Excellent size & quality of cup.
Requested 3 extra plate 2 for future date & 1 engraved plate.
When I received the order all 3 plates engraved with the same text. Time was against me so I placed a upgraded new next day delivery so ensure I had everthing to present to my School before end of year plus year 6 leaving

Great service
I have ordered from Trophies and Medals before and always been happy with the service. This time one of the engraving plates had sustained some damage in transit but once I let them know, Paulette immediately rectified the problem by sending me a new engraved plate with instructions on how to replace the damaged one. This arrived very quickly the next day so that the trophy was ready for our awards ceremony the next morning. Thanks to Paulette and Trophies and Medals!

Professional company
What an amazing company! I was called up the day before my medals and trophy were due to be delivered and one of my items were out of stock, but this was quickly rectified and my delivery was delivered the next morning.
They were packaged with care and the quality is excellent, I had never ordered from this website before, but after reading previous reviews, I was confident to place an order, there is so much choice and something to celebrate literally everything.
The medals and trophy were well received and I will definitely use this company again 10/10.

DPD lost the parcel, but trophies plus medals couldn’t care less
Whilst the issues with the order were a DPD issue, the order simply wasn’t delivered. The proof of delivery shows a zoomed in picture of the box. When escalated with DPD they’ve stated the courier would re deliver at the end of the round, suggesting it was never delivered. The courier did not return and the package never delivered.
I selected trophies plus medals for the next day delivery service, we were a small number of trophies short for our club presentation, next day delivery solved this problem.
When I raised the failed delivery with trophies plus medals they offered to resend the order, I asked if we could amend the order as the presentation was now passed but I would change from season trophies to player of the week. I was told I couldn’t change the order only have the same order resent.
So my only option due to a delivery failure is have presentation day trophies that were no longer needed. No change and no refund.
My advice, do not rely on this company, if may by DPDs fault but trophies plus medals couldn’t care less once they’ve got your money

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear how disappointed you've been with the handling of your order, particularly as the trophies were ordered on next-day delivery specifically for your club presentation.
I have personally tried reaching out to you to discuss what has happened and see if we can find a suitable way forward.
When you initially contacted us regarding the missing parcel, our team offered to resend the original order. Unfortunately, we don't normally make changes to replacement orders as these are reproduced directly from the original order details. I completely appreciate, however, that by this point your presentation had already taken place and receiving the same season-specific trophies was no longer particularly useful to you.
While the original delivery issue was unfortunately with DPD, I certainly don't want you to feel that we couldn't care less once your order was placed. We did offer to replace the missing order, but I appreciate that the solution offered didn't meet your needs given the circumstances and timing.
I've tried reaching out to you personally as we'd really like the opportunity to resolve this. We can either arrange for the original order to be replaced as previously offered, or alternatively, if the replacement trophies are no longer required, we can arrange for them to be returned to us for a full refund.
Please get back in touch with me when you're able to, and I'll be more than happy to discuss the options with you and get this resolved.
