Troy is amazing! His program is well-defined and easy to follow. He’s very supportive and motivating…and he doesn’t mix words if you’re not pulling your weight. This is exactly what I need. Even though we’re half a world away from each other, he’s very responsive to our communication. Oh, and most importantly…THE PROGRAM WORKS!!!

I’ve been working with Troy just for just two months now and In that time I’ve already lost 10kg and looking the best I’ve ever looked, this is my first time working with a coach and it was something I never really thought I would do. I first started with Troy in May of 2026, I had seen some of his posts on social media and how to do certain workouts to target specific muscle groups, I had no knowledge or baseline to work off of and I reached out after a few weeks of me going to the gym on my own, we had a consultation and I decided I wanted to do this to better myself and my life, working with the team has been awesome and I am very glad that I did make that decision to join, everyone has been very helpful and supportive so thank you again.

I was very worried about trusting an online coach but Troy has been incredible from the start and I am incredibly grateful for how much he has helped me. He created a tailored plan that worked for me and my busy lifestyle and allowed me to have an input when things didn't work. He never missed a weekly check in and regularly messaged through the week to see how I was doing. He has helped me understand how to achieve the goals I set in the fitness world and recently helped me step out of my comfort zone and do a photoshoot to show the result of 3 years of progress. Great tailored approach to exercise and meals. If I didn’t like something - there was an alternative. Weekly check-ins were great. The weeks I felt down the coach, Jake, was very encouraging and motivating. Before joining trojan coaching I was struggling in the gym and with my diet didn't really know what I was doing.

Say troy and his team on tiktok and reached out, within a day or 2 I got a reply and arranged a meeting with one of the guys. They took me thought everything I needed to know and they took in all the information they needed to make the plan fit into what I wanted to achieve,

Can not recommend these guys enough they take the time to listen and from that they give you a great plan for both gym and nutrition. The team are always available to talk and give weekly updates on how you are doing.
