This company is SCAM. We got directed through Fly-scanner. com. Please never book through this company. We booked through them and never got a ticket. Kept on saying that there are technical issues. We had to cancel the trip as there was no information available at the airline site regarding our reservation. They hardly pick up the calls once they get money. Also, that email address on the website doesn't work. COMPLETE SCAM. NEVER TRUST THEM

We booked our flight through this agency, and although we eventually managed to travel, the experience was very unpleasant. On the day of the flight, we faced several issues that prevented us from boarding on time. Communication with the agency was slow and unclear; no one seemed to take responsibility or offer a concrete solution at the moment. We had a really stressful time trying to fix the situation on our own.

Even though we were finally able to complete the trip, the customer service was disappointing. We expected more support and organization from an agency that is supposed to make the process easier, not more complicated. I wouldn’t recommend this agency and honestly wouldn’t use their services again.

Te dan a escoger hora de vuelo para después estar cancelado ese vuelo y dándote otro y cobrando por cambios que no son por tu decisión.

Please be very very careful and aware of this company. DONOT USE THEIR SERVICES for booking your travel. When you book a ticket, you will not receive any confirmation, as they say it will come 24 hours before flight. I bought my ticket 1 month in advance and I still didnt get my confirmation 24 hours before flight. I kept calling them and asking, and they finally send me a confirmation 16 hours before flight time. When I went for my flight, they didnt allow me to board because my boarding pass was not valid and rejected. They said that the ticket was bought with 3 different credit cards and was eventually cancelled. Then when I called them, Tripsfortravel gave me another flight confirmation, and at boarding time, even that didnt work. They gave me another one and at Boarding time, that didnt work either. I spend 8 hours at the airport for nothing and missed my best friends wedding.
DONOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS SITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, YOU WILL REGRET IT 1000%!!!!

Al principio tenía miedo, porque no me llegaba la confirmación del vuelo.
Pero, me la enviaron y hasta me hicieron el check in. Los Representantes muy amables, profesionales y muy atentos. Con relación al vuelo, me dieron asientos delanteros muy buenos. Los recomiendo 8/10.

Lo fácil y seguro que es reservar con Bookings Tripsfortravel, no me tuve que preocupar por absolutamente nada solo disfrutar mi vieje y ya, cuando llegue al aeropuerto fue bien sencillo el proceso, tanto de ida como de regreso fue sin ningún problema, súper rápido y seguro, está agencia siempre nos mantiene al tanto de nuestro pasaje y nos informa de absolutamente todo, para que lo podamos disfrutar.
Sin más que decir es una increíble agencia la cual recomiendo y volvería utilizar sin ninguna duda.
