Went to Bournemouth beach with Saba and…
Went to Bournemouth beach with Saba and Aliya who cared more about their own pockets than the people on board the coach as they intended to leave a family behind and only did a U turn to pick them up when they heard the child was autistic. SABA was also on the phone to the mother telling her she needs to ‘keep an eye on her kids’ and that the coach is leaving without them. No sympathy for real world situations and they kept emphasising that the driver has to be back on time so he wouldn’t be infringed because it would affect their pockets! Don’t use this company unless you want an unorganised chaotic trip with organisers whose only concern is profit!

The trip was carefully planned by our team and everything was in place from our side. Unfortunately, there were serious delays on the day caused by motorway accidents and heavy beach traffic. These were completely outside our control. We always do our best to manage situations like this but we also clearly state in our terms and conditions that delays due to traffic or incidents are not something we can guarantee against.
Despite the circumstances, our team worked hard throughout the day to manage the schedule and make sure everyone was comfortable and safe. We also built in extra time to allow for delays. However, coach drivers must follow strict legal limits on how long they can drive. These rules are not about money or protecting ourselves. They exist to keep everyone safe. A tired driver is a risk we simply cannot take.
In the case of the family mentioned, the coach waited nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes after the planned departure time of 5 pm. That’s a very generous window and well beyond what most travel companies would allow. After the coach left, we received a call from the passenger involved. She admitted the delay was her fault and actually thanked us for trying our best to help. Even then, we arranged for the coach to return which added another 45 minutes to the driver’s working day.
At no point were we told the child involved had autism. That said, we treat every passenger including children with the same care and respect no matter their background or needs. If we had been made aware, we would of course have done everything we could within the rules to support the situation.
Our team stayed calm, respectful and professional throughout and we genuinely did everything we could under the circumstances. We know that stressful moments can lead to frustration but we feel our actions were fair, responsible and above all focused on safety.
We appreciate all of our passengers and thank everyone who continues to support and travel with us.

Trip to lake district was amazing
Trip to lake district was amazing. It was well organised by Hajera, she explained clearly on the itinerary and she ensured everyone are comfortable throughout the trip.she conducted fun activities and made the group very interactive. She ensured all the members were present each and every time during the activities. She captured photos for us and even played Tamil songs in coach.Applause for her and the team.

Had an awful experience today and I am truly traumatised. Trips and tours (Aliya and Saba) had the audacity to leave a family of 7, 2 adults and 5 children behind. The family called Saba begging her continuously please wait for us, don’t leave us as their 8 year old autistic son was missing, Saba replied with,’you need to look after your kids properly’ and proceeded in telling the family that they are leaving without them despite the family begging. Awful service with no consideration to the family who were in this very difficult emotional situation.

Awful experience
Went to the Bournemouth Beach today. Due to heavy traffic arrived extremely late which was understandable. However, on the way back the return time was 5:50pm. A family of 7 (5 children and 2 adults) had lost their autistic child and were searching the beach for the child who is non-verbal. The family called Aliya (trip organiser) and explained her child was missing and if she could kindly wait as they’re finding the child . Aliya instructed the driver to continue with the journey leaving the family behind. They emphasised repeatedly that the driver will be infringed which will in turn impact them (come out of their pockets) which is all they seemed to care about. DISGUSTING experience with this company we will not be returning as all they seem to care about is profit!

Amazing time at Scotland!
This was my second trip with them, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Even though the journey to Scotland was over 5 hours, it honestly didn’t feel that long. The itinerary was so thoughtfully planned—with intentional stops at scenic and interesting places that gave us a chance to stretch, explore, and enjoy the journey.
What really made the trip even more memorable were the fun coach games like pass the parcel—such a great way to keep everyone entertained and bring people together!
Everything ran smoothly, the sights were stunning, and the whole day felt relaxed and well-organised. If you’re looking for a fun, stress-free way to explore new places, I’d highly recommend Trips and Tours.

Fantastic Experience with Trips & Tours in London!
We had an amazing time exploring London with Trips & Tours! From start to finish, everything was so well organized and stress-free. The booking process was simple, and their customer service was friendly and responsive.
We got to see all the key landmarks, including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, and the Tower of London.
The transportation was clean and comfortable. We never felt rushed, and there was free time to explore on our own.

Day trip to Lynton and Lynmouth- Devon
Went on a day trip to Lynton and Lynmouth in Devon and had such a lovely time! The scenery was absolutely beautiful – quaint little villages, coastal views, and charming streets to explore. What really made the day though was our amazing tour guide – so friendly, knowledgeable, and full of energy. We were well looked after from start to finish.
The coach ride itself was great fun too – plenty of laughs and even a bit of singing! It added such a nice, cheerful vibe to the whole journey. All in all, a really enjoyable and relaxing day out with a great group. Would definitely recommend if you’re after a fun and well-organised trip with a personal touch.

Not worth it
Advise you to avoid this tour group unless you enjoy Google mapping your way around in circles & getting lost. Went on 2 day Milan trip, 1st day was disorganised & due to many errors we missed out on an excursion. We were told that we will get a refund & tour guide Aliya said she does not want to go back on her word when she said she will refund us for the excursion. Over a week since we’ve been back and still no refund. Not worth the money. You will save more by doing it all yourself. 2nd day was a lot better because it was hosted by someone else. I feel deceived by the advertisement, if I knew that we would take public transport around everywhere in Milan I would never choose to do this with my sciatica pain.
We met at 4:30 to get somewhere at 5:30 but rest of group wanted to go home which was fine but Aliya told us to wait and said she will take us & join us, by then we had gone round in circles on train station & then finally a taxi & missed the excursion. She did say she will refund us and will not go back on her word. After coming back to UK she said to us she made it clear before hand that it’s a free time and people can make their own way.. but on the day she told us to wait and will take us, if she told us we can make our own way at the time then we would have made our own way instead of waiting for her to decide how to take the others home.. apparently now this is our fault for listening to her when she asked us to wait & she also brought along other members to do the excursion too who didn’t have tickets. We all couldn’t walk anymore & were unhappy. We missed it because we waited for everyone and Aliya but it’s completely our fault apparently when we just listened. if we knew we were going to Google map our way then I would have planned this myself, it’s the honest truth of our experience. As a tour experience you expect tour guides to know their way around before taking anyone anywhere & as a customer you pay extra expecting a comfortable enjoyable experience but it was not this.
On top of telling us she will give us a refund… after we come home she’s saying she’s not at fault… yet on the day she said she will refund and will not go back on her word and wants to stick to her word. I’m more upset that she is not sticking to her word. She did say she will refund the taxi fare though, but it’s been a week and still haven’t recieved it.
We are not the only ones who didn’t like it but others who we asked about their day said they didn’t like it either and how disorganised and underwhelming it all was.
They owe 4 of us a refund for an excursion we missed out on. If they had stuck to their word I wouldn’t bother writing this honest review.
It’s all sad actually and has put us off using tour groups. This was our first and last experience with trips and tours. Don’t waste your money going abroad with them.
They’re happy to take your money but act difficult when there’s an issue

The optional excursion you referenced was recommended by us to enhance your experience, but with a very specific time slot advised to ensure smooth coordination with the day’s itinerary. While you did choose to book the excursion, the time selected was earlier than recommended, and unfortunately this created a scheduling conflict. Our guide, Aliya, was not informed of your 5:30 PM booking until late in the day, and this limited our ability to adapt as it was booked a whole hour earlier than the schedule. Our guides work hard to keep the group on track, but cannot be in two places at once—especially when dealing with last-minute changes that were not communicated ahead of time.
From the outset, our documentation (including final updates and important notes) clearly outlined that Day 1 would include free time to explore and was not a fully guided tour. This was explained both in writing and in conversation with your group. The option to explore independently or remain with the group was also made clear, and your group acknowledged this during prior communications. While we aim to support all guests, independent activity means the responsibility of navigation shifts to the individual or group.
On the day in question, our guide did her best to assist despite the challenges. She showed the group how to navigate public transport, explained the metro system, and was managing multiple priorities. While waiting for other members to decide whether to return to the hotel or continue, Aliya still attempted to get your group to the excursion on time and went as far as booking you a complimentary taxi at no extra charge—something we believe demonstrates our commitment to guest support, even under difficult circumstances.
We also want to clarify the distinction between Day 1 and Day 2 of the trip. Day 1 was advertised as a self-guided experience, offering flexibility and free time around Milan’s key highlights like the Duomo and Centrale. Day 2, in contrast, was a fully guided tour arranged by us, which ran successfully thanks to Aliya’s dedicated efforts who oversaw the group’s smooth arrival to the meeting point, transport to the excursion, and on-time arrival at the airport. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed Day 2 and hope you’ll acknowledge that it was made possible by the same team’s efforts.
With regard to the refund, our company originally offered a goodwill gesture despite not being at fault. However, following a full review and considering the unfair accusations directed toward our guide, we made the difficult decision to withdraw that offer. While we understand your disappointment, our guide acted professionally and in line with the itinerary throughout, and it’s disheartening to see her efforts questioned when so much care was taken.
Lastly, we’d like to confirm that the refund for your taxi fare was processed on 14th May and, as stated, can take 3–7 working days to arrive. We appreciate your patience as that clears.
We remain committed to transparency and fairness, and we hope this clears up any misunderstandings. Thank you again for traveling with us—it was a pleasure to have your group on board, and we wish you all the best in your future adventures.

I've travelled with Trips and Tours twice now and plan to travel again with them in the future. The second trip was a better experience than the first whereby the operator took on my feedback and ensure customer satisfaction the second time around.

Travelling to Belgium

I recently went on my first trip to Belgium with Trips and Tours, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. Everything was well-organised, and the day ran smoothly. Aliya, was absolutely wonderful—she created a warm and friendly atmosphere, keeping everyone engaged with fun games, interesting facts, and helpful information during the coach journey. She made sure we were all comfortable, gave us regular updates, and was always checking in to see if anyone needed anything. I had a fantastic time exploring Belgium and would definitely book another trip with Trips and Tours in the future. Highly recommended!
