Amazing Dreams and Focus! As 55y. Man, it is absolutely amazing to be able to see and remember dreams, and also control dreams, which is a totally new concept for me. Also, I do not wake up too early anymore. But not only Dreams, it does give me great focus too for daytime activities and sports. Gut & Brain supplements for sure! My teen boy has also benefited from this He did have problems concentrating in the classroom and was nervous on test occasions (ADD). My Wife does benefit from this greatly for menopause problems such as sweating and sleeping problems. So this is definitely A Family product.

What has made me now a fan of trinero is the effect on my nervousness, sleep. With regular use, I don't feel drowsy like with most supplements and medication for anxiety, I can react normally to situations without huge irritation and panic, nervousness. In the past, any situation that was unexpected, any criticism made me physically feel terrible. It's hard to explain, but since I've been drinking that trinero - it's not like that. I was able to think for a second and calm down, make rational decisions. I feel like there is finally a link between my rational thoughts and my body - it does not send impulses that i am about to die from any stressful situation. Next is sleep. I was so exhausted from everyday stress, work, etc. that I couldn't fall asleep for hours. Now I take 1-2 before going to sleep and im out in max 30min. And it's not like other sleeping pills or sedatives, for example boldrians, with which 1. it's hard to wake up 2. you feel a bit slow, stupid. I would never take other stuff before exams but trinero does not make me slow. so in general - the idea is that it controls my panic reaction, I can be a little more rational, I don't have panic attacks, where any little thing becomes an attack in waves, I can fall asleep on time

I was introduced to this product 2 months ago .At the time I was being monitored by my GP who was suggesting I started blood pressure medication .Since starting my blood pressure has gone to consistently in range so that I don’t need medication.My sleep has improved and I have more energy .I am in a stressful job and I feel sure that I am coping better with that . All in all very pleased

I am a fan of TRINERO! I take it before bedtime. It lets me sleep nonstop all night, I have colourful dreams again, I have enough 7 hour sleep and in the morning head is clear. What else you can wish for :-)
