I got introduced to Trilogy Card Specialists by Trilogy Consultants, the set up was straightforward and the team have been great, the support has been excellent any questions I had to begin with were answered straight away, once my terminals were delivered they were ready to use straight away as they were already pre programmed. Payments are quick even on the 4G network. They are perfect for a busy environment and I couldn’t fault anything.

I switched to Trilogy Card Specialists a few months ago and have nothing but good things to say about the company. Customer service is great, my account manager is always there if I have any questions, settlements are fast and my till system is great. It meets my needs and staff say it’s so easy to use and it makes their life easier as menus are programmed into the devices along with the layout of the restaurant. Fees are reasonable and I would highly recommend to any business owner!

Trilogy originally sorted my utilities, so I looked at the different options they could offer me with the card machines.
I have had a few minor issues, however they were easily sorted with a quick phone call to my account manager.
