Would definitely recommend!

Switched all my payment systems to these guys and best decision I’ve made! Very modern displays easy to use, my staff love them. Any issues I’ve had it’s been one call and it’s been fixed. Paying a little more for the machines but worth it as it means I can have more staff serving customers. Thanks Trilogy will definitely be recommending!

Fantastic

I recently had Trilogy Consultants handle the utility contracts for my business in Devon, and I couldn't be more impressed. Initially called me for a water rebate

Initially called me for a water rebate, I was skeptical because I’d never heard of such a thing. Thankfully it wasn’t over the phone and they come out to you, spoke with George at our site verification appointment he was lovely guided me through rebating water, gas and electric.

I was rebated this week, so glad I signed gas and electric too tripled my initial water rebate. Over the moon !!!

Outstanding Service

After randomly receiving a call from Trilogy about a rebate on my water account I thought it was just another one of those scam calls, I was then proved wrong when someone came out to my pub and showed me exactly where and how I was due back money. I have received £3,500 and I’m over the moon. They have even managed to reduce all my utility bills going forward and even my card machines. The customer service was outstanding as I had an update on every stage of the process.

A pleasant surprise with Triology.

After hearing countless stories in the news about overcharging, I always thought it would never be me that’s owed money back. However, much to my surprise, I was informed by this company that I was.

Thanks to Trilogy’s diligent team, I just received a £2500 rebate!

Great savings !

Great service again, I have used Trilogy for a number of years for my utilities, saving me money across my energy accounts. Besides all that I was in a mess with my card payments and never understood them. I was dealing with George who guided me through everything to help me get a better understanding and even manage to save me money on that through advising me what to do.

Signed up just over 6 mths ago and wanted to wait till I got my money back before I wrote my review. Got my money now, not quite as much as I was originally told but a tidy sum and an unexpected bonus so happy days. Saved a bit on my bills every month too so overall a very happy customer. If i could give a "0" i would

If i could give a "0" i would. Don't bother with this company and stay well clear. They promised me a reduction in my water rates as they said i was in the wrong category and they would look after my electricity with my current supplier with a 5% rebate. .....Too good to be true....it is and i fell for it. Feel lucky that i did not sign up my other 3 businesses. They sign you up with a broker firms that basically charge you for administering your current suppliers, so you are paying your current supplier through the broker and then paying them for the privilege. I have been charged a lot of money that i will never see again no doubt!

We have been in contact with both companies, and they have both confirmed that the accounts have been managed correctly and discounts were applied as agreed with yourself, however, we have also been made aware that prices were offered to you, you received better elsewhere and although our recommended company was happy to match these prices, you decided to go separate ways. Therefore, as per our agreements this unfortunately puts a stop to all of our processes as you were advised with Trilogy.

We believe we have done everything that we advised we could do, and again apologise that you are displeased.
