All the staff at Trentons in Anlaby were very helpful and were patient with me under difficult family circumstances- especially Kev.. They kept me informed at all times and came out twice to assist me.

Tells you something when you would rather do a 12hr round trip to buy a car from Connor than buy one closer to home

Bought a qashqai from Trenton Grimsby last week.
Really pleased customer service provided by Bradley.
We travelled over 100 miles to collect the car and after being stuck in traffic we were late.Phoned Bradley who said it wasn’t a problem. On arrival he went through and completed necessary paperwork- all we had to do was have demo of car and pay.
During our purchase discussions over the previous week we had been kept well informed by Bradley and he made the part exchange of existing car and purchase of new one an easy experience and it was worth our long trip as my wife and I both felt it was a nice experience.

I can’t recommend this garage enough. I purchased a car via Connor and I was so nervous and worried as I lived 4 hours away and all I had was a video of the car. I did not need to worry as Connor was the most honest genuine person ever. The service I got was outstanding and I would use Connor and the garage again without a shadow of a doubt. Thank you also to Jordan for sorting me a good deal. Thank you so much Connor for your complete honesty and caring that I was happy and pleased.

Bought recently from this dealership, personally I have next to no knowledge around cars and what I should be looking at purchasing. I spent some time with the salesman Angus who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on different cars and their specifications and provided some honest opinions about which car was best for me. I had a very hassle free experience and would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to change their car.

Do not buy from this company, I bought a Nissan Qashqai, less than a year old with only1800 miles I've had it less than 3 months and in that time the multimedia system has failed 3 times
( previous owner had same issue twice) I have received no help from the Hull dealer apart from fixing it 3 times only for it fail shortly afterwards yet again this dealer is not interested resolving this, I have no faith in the car which is obviously not of merchantable quality so I have asked for my money back as is my right for the above reason, they have told me my only recourse is to buy another car and lose money on this lemon !

Travelled 3 hours to Trenton Grimsby. Wasn't disappointed. A great selection of used cars at fair prices.
Connor was great. Very accomodating with a wealth of knowledge despite his youthful age & very honest.

My experience has been very difficult and I feel let down, because, come the 6th January 2023 it would be exactly one year when I place my order for a Peugeot 5008 GT.line 1.6 180bhp EAT8. I have had three different build dates that have been and gone, but the worst thing of all has been the lack of communication from the dealership, in particular the wonderful salesman who took my order. I have had to asked each time for the update on the build date of my new car, the first time he had been on a training course, the second build date come and went and I had to chase him up again but he was away on holiday, and just less than a week ago the latest build date was the 5th December 22 and I specifically asked him to contact me to let me know that my car had at least has been built. Yet again I have had to chase him up , but I got an email from the sales manager yesterday 9th December 22 informing me that the salesman who I have been dealing with was now off sick, and the sales manager has said that when he gets back in on Monday 12th December 22. He would look into at what stage my car is at. I know that most of the issues around my car being built is out of their hands to a certain extent, but having to keep chasing the salesman each time is in their hands because not once have I been shown any respect and nor have I been treated as a valued customer, it was very close between giving them 2 stars or 3 stars, I think that I’ve been generous giving the dealership 3 stars.

I’ve upgraded and traded my Nissan Juke for the latest new model I dealt with Jordan the sales man what a great helpful guy . Everything went like clockwork absolutely no problems . Good experience with Trenton hull thanks 😊 Thanks Jordan

Mis-sold

I bought a Nissan Leaf from Trenton Hull in November 2020. I had it delivered due to the lockdown at the time. I was assured by the sales rep that everything was fine, and the car had had a thorough check (as guaranteed by Nissan Intelligent Choice). However, when it arrived the wing mirrors barely opened and shut, making a loud noise and sticking throughout - a well recognised problem with this model.

I had to take the car to my local Nissan dealer - who said that the wing mirrors were both in a very poor state of repair, and ended up needing replacement. They thought it inconceivable that this wouldn't have been spotted by Trenton Hull, and said that their own dealership wouldn't be allowed to sell a vehicle in that condition. Luckily the warranty company eventually paid for the repair - they initially wanted me to drive the vehicle all the way back to Hull to get Trenton to fix their problem.

Trenton Hull didn't respond to emails about this and when they eventually did, refused even to fully refund my additional expenses for the two lengthy trips to my dealership to get this fixed let alone compensating me for a huge amount of wasted time.
