TAKES PEOPLES MONEY AND PICTURES OF LOVED ONES THAT HAVE PASSED AND THEN IGNORES FOR MONTHS

Ordered on 01.02, still yet to receive. Terrible customer service. Has not responded to any of my messages for the last week.
This is definitely a scam, do not order.

I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional in my life, do not order from this page i placed an order with them on the 20th December 2025 it’s now 7th February 2026 i still have not received my order and they don’t plan on giving it me as now they are telling me i cancelled the transaction when i definitely haven’t
they just want to take your money and waste your time.

Found Treasured Memories after seeing an ad on Facebook and decided to give it a go because I had a few photos that needed saving.
Basically, I had two pictures for a frame.. one had a great background but bad lighting on the faces, and the other had the people looking good but the background was a car park. I just wanted them merged together without it looking like a cheap cut and paste job.
I’ve tried a few of these services before where they promise the world and deliver rubbish, so I wasn't expecting much. But to be fair to them, they nailed it.
They managed to blend the two images so the lighting actually made sense. There’s none of that weird "halo" effect around the hair that usually gives it away. It just looks like a proper photo.
Process was dead simple: uploaded the files, told them what I wanted, and paid. Got the draft back in a couple of days. I asked for one small change on the brightness and they sorted it same-day without trying to charge me extra.
Good service, fair price, and the result is actually hanging on my wall now. Can’t say fairer than that.

I ordered and paid for a canvas for my father’s Xmas present. I am still waiting for it. I phoned and emailed but to no avail. I have asked for my money back but no communication from this company

This store is a complete and utter scam. My girlfriend ordered several months ago and is still awaiting the parcel. Do not buy from this seller!

I wrote a review a while ago but deleted as seller had texted me back and said it would be posted the following Monday, that was 3 weeks ago. And still absolutely nothing. I had a reply back last night saying that it had been sent a while ago and I would get an email through, I did not get an email through and still no parcel. I ordered on the 29th of November. I have had to follow up for my parcel that was meant for my partner for Christmas way too many times.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this shop. I was looking for a way to get a photo of my dad into a group shot from my sister's wedding since he passed away a few years ago and obviously couldn't be there. It’s such a sensitive thing to get right because if it looks fake or 'photoshopped,' it just ruins the sentiment.

I sent in a few different photos not really knowing which one would work best. The communication was great..they actually told me which photo would have the best lighting to match the wedding shot so it would look natural. I really appreciated that they didn't just take my money and slap a random photo in there.

When they sent me the first draft, I was actually shocked at the detail. They even managed to get the shadows on the floor to match up and the coloring of the suits was spot on. I asked for one tiny tweak on the height/scaling and they fixed it within a few hours no questions asked.

It’s just a really nice feeling to have a photo that looks like a real memory. If you're on the fence because you’re worried it’ll look cheesy or low-quality, don’t be. These guys actually know what they’re doing. It was worth every penny.. as a matter of fact they charge pennies compared to other companies for the work they do.. others charge up to £100s of pounds.. I got a large printed copy posted for less than £40 and it’s going to be the perfect gift for my mum. Thanks again! I will definitely be back & my family and work colleagues have and will be placing orders.

Love my photo even got a free slate with a merge on as she was clearing old stock, only ordered a digital copy. Over the moon ❤️

i placed an order on the 4th of december i’ve messaged the seller to try and chase my order up for me as this was supposed to be a christmas present i placed the order early so i would have it in time for christmas i also asked the seller before i placed my order will it be here in time the words she said were”yes most definitely” i don’t trust this company at all ive been using the app called shop and it just says waiting for details my mum has also spoken to the seller and she keeps saying its been posted but we haven’t got any update on our end i’m still waiting for my order and it’s the 10th of january she said she would send my mum out a partial refund and a digital copy my mum asked for that and she has been ignored we’ve got many people to message her and ask about it and she’s ignoring them THIS IS NOT A TRUSTED COMPANY AND I WILL BE REQUESTING MY MONEY BACK THROUGH MY BANK

My partner and I ordered one of these for a family member as a Christmas present on the 27th November, to ensure it was received before the Christmas rush.

After a week, we received a message from Royal Mail that the parcel was expected, but nothing changed after this. Royal Mail were awaiting the parcel for over a week so my partner chased via the instagram page she had communicated with the seller on previously, and via email from the original order confirmation. No response.

Days went by and my partner chased again, still no response. My partner chased every few days all the way up to Christmas and received absolutely no communication at all, despite the page being active.

It took until the 5th Jan, 8 messages, 3 emails and even myself messaging via another Instagram account before we received a response! (They responded to my new message in which I faked asking for a quote, with full intention to carry on ignoring my partner) .

They claimed the parcel was sent at the start of December, and that they had not received our emails or any notification from Royal Mail about the parcel not being received. So apparently the 8 messages on Instagram don't matter!

After a brief argument, in which they used the busy Xmas period as an excuse (despite us ordering way before the deadline of 18th December), they finally offered a refund, and also sent us the digital photo.

I do not believe the company is definitely a scam since we received our refund and a digital photo, but clearly the customer service is very unsatisfactory, they do not care about responding to existing customers and they prioritise getting new orders over completing the ones they already have!

It’s a scam wish I had have known!!! Ordered 3 weeks ago haven’t received a thing was told the order would be with me last week on Tuesday hasn’t answered a message since ignoring every message I send and now my granda is without a present at Christmas!

Its a Scam. She says multiple times that the Order is Ready, but I got nothing. And she wont give me my Money back. Dont buy its a scam

Have ordered with company and they haven’t responded in over 3 weeks, Absolutely shocking and embarrassing taking hard earned money from customers and having no communication, Avoid at all cost!! It’s a scam and they don’t respond, Please report the business and hopefully they can’t do this to anyone else!!

Miss communication from my end but Courtney smashed the photos I asked for I 100% recommend!
