Faulty Spinner Ring
The spinner ring I bought as a gift was faulty. As it was more than 30 days after purchase (I bought in October as a Christmas gift) I contacted the company & explained the situation & supplied a photo of the fault.
Initially they were really helpful & sent me a pre-paid postage label to return the ring to be examined by them. Sadly the label was a Royal Mail one only useable at post boxes & the Royal Mail app didn't recognise the bar code so I couldn't return it that way.
I contacted customer services again & explained & asked for an alternative postal label to be supplied. Five days later after hearing nothing I chased this up. Still nothing.
So I'm left with a faulty ring I can't return & am out of pocket. The fault on the spinner ring is that the spinning bit detached from the main ring as soon as it was worn. So a pretty serious fault.
Really disappointing for both me & the recipient of the gift.
Almost a week since I wrote this review & still no response from customer services.
