Do not respond unless you threaten a law suit
I sent them my motor control board. Before I sent it, it was showing two red LEDs and the console lit up and counted down but the board would not make the motor turn. The motor had been tested and worked perfectly as had all the wiring. Several components on the board had overheated and showed obvious scorch marks and signs of melting. They tested it then sent it back saying it was working perfectly. I refitted it to find it was now completely dead. No LEDs and now not making the console work. I emailed, called and sent texts for a week to ask for help. They finally answered after I said I would take legal action if they did not respond. I now need a new board. I asked for a refund. They became aggressive and accused me of threatening behaviour by saying I would be taking them to court. They are refusing a refund. Their initial response made it clear that they had not read any of the information I had been sending them, nor looked at the detailed letter I originally included with the board. Totally unprofessional. Incompetent. No customer service. Steer clear
