Different than the ad I watched but very usable and good material.

I had an encounter with them and they were very pleasant and helpful I. The resolution.

I ordered large doll storage and received a small doll storage container. I felt like I got ripped off. You show the large container but do a bait and switch once purchased. You can make this right by sending me 4 large containers.

Package arrived when promised. Treadcrck was very good at keeping me updated on the status of my package and when it would be delivered.

Excellent fast delivery.
I am unable to figure out how to refold back to the original 'pack' ... The seat is also VERY low which makes it difficult for me to get up once seated.
I will be deciding whether to keep the item or not.

Desde el mismo día que hice el pedido y todavía se estaba proseando pedí que cancelaran el mismo y no lo hicieron. Esto fue en mayo 8, 2026 y todavía no he recibido la orden #34698M226880. NO vuelvo a pedir nada a ellos . Se tardan en contestar los mensajes. 😡😡😡 además luego vi lo que todavía estoy pendiente a que llegue más económico en Amazon.

It would be zero, if possible. Requested a cancellation within mere minutes and was refused. Charges for one item on PayPal came out double the cost of the item. Which made no sense. Do not deal with this company.

WARNING; do not waste your time and money, just move on to the next.

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered 4 sets of 25ounce ceramic mugs(costing over $50) in November 2025 for Xmas gifts, didnt get them. I emailed them, ended up getting 4 10 ounce mugs, when I emailed back, the wanted to refund only $16, are you kidding? Guess a fraudulent charge case will be coming...🤷‍♀️

Made 2 purchases on May 17. Was refunded tax overcharge. Its now June 23 with no delivery of either item. One item supposedly shipped from China and the other from Greece which was not discovered before tracking. One would think if a company is based in Miami, they would have stock in the USA to actually ship to customers. Canned responses to complaints about delivery that they blame on "Trump tariffs" except if tracking is to be believed neither item was stopped more than 2 days at US customs. One package theoretically went from JFK to Dallas where it has been for days. The other has been stalled in Newark NJ for 6 days with no movement. I seriously don't believe either item exists and I've been scammed.

Have not received product but also have not received response from customer service. Treadcrck invoice does not show sales tax but was charged over 30% sales tax by PayPal. Reacted immediately to Treadcrck and told them to cancel order but it does’t appear they have.

Cc cream advertised on Facebook at $18, when purchased my C/C was debited $100. I appreciate there are shipping costs but this is dishonest and an absolute ripoff. Never again

The shipping time was quite long, three weeks in total. The price, however, was reasonable for the quality of the product. Ultimately, I'd say it was worth the wait and cost.
