Had no problem booking with Travelsoon, easy to book lady I delt with very helpful, not actually gone on the holiday yet, but booking part not a problem.

Superb customer satisfaction from myself we spoke to a advisor named Kayleigh she was very professional and helped us pick the right break everything was procise no quick sale when we called up to ask about the break we were interested in travelsoon provided us with the necessary docs and were true to there word

Booking was straight forward and easy the rep on the phone was very helpful and honest the price online was different once I phoned to book as they added fees but every company is doing the same overall performance was excellent just hope the holiday is good now

I think the agent Chloe parsons made my experience great. She was great on the phone. Very helpful in every call made. And made every effort to help us with our enquiry. So much so that my fiancé is going to book his stag doo directly with her too.

The staff was really rude lied about saying as a single person I had to pay for 2 of us. This was not true hotel I went to accepts single persons at no extra cost ! So I had to pay extra £140 at hotel as well as what already payed then as didn’t want to share with my mum & brother

Suzanne was so helpful and patient, working hard to find us the perfect holiday within our tight budget. We will definitely use Travelsoon again.

Extremely helpful and knowledgable staff , had my holiday booked to my specific needs in the blink of an eye . Very competitive prices , excellent locations and accommodation . Big thumbs up

Awful holiday. We were promised through our agent we would arrive at one of the best hotels on albufeira and that the stay would be one of the best. She said her friends stayed there and we’d love it. We were told we’d be offered a nice room for a couple. Me and my partner were put in a room with two single beds and refused to be changed until we pay more for an upgrade. Eventually we were moved but this time the room had kids shouting and partying outside. We had to complain again and were eventually moved to a decent room with a good space. Although this room was never cleaned properly and we had awful air on. Do not stay in room 426. We were also told there was an on site gym - but had to pay 100euros when we got to the hotel?
On top of this the WiFi did not work so we paid 70euros for our own WiFi box.
We stayed here for two weeks and it was ridiculous how inconvenient the stay was. We were also NEVER told the pool was off limits so the outdoor pool was not even in action and to use the indoor pool we needed swimming caps??
Overall one of the worst holidays ever.
