Katherine was professional, patient and amazing

Great communication and customer service delivered from start to day of travel. Was accustomed to shady services previously therefore had lots of caution, however on this occasion my concerns were discussed and clearly explained to the dots. Well done to Orbit travel, highly recommended.

I dealt with Katherine and she was great.
She was very flexible and patient with me as I was on holiday whilist trying to book a flight to Zimbabwe.
She gave me all the options and matched the price I had got from another site.
She also offered me pay by instalments. Which was great for me.
I will definitely use this company and specifically Kathrine as she is good.

Great customer service indeed

My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to Jenny. She helped us get the best deal for our flight to Zimbabwe. Helpful and supportive throughout. She had to stay a bit longer at the office to ensure our flights were safely secured. I’d recommend her services 👍🏾

I bought a ticket to my country Zimbabwe which I am only travelling for 10 hrs. I used to travel for more than 24 hrs if I buy a cheap ticket but Jenny was a star to me thank you so much Jenny.
