Theft is all I can say. At this point Trsvel Avion have stolen over $331.00 from me. I made a plane reservation for my wife and I to Santa Barbara. We were guaranteed by recording
And me asking the agent if my plans would change I would get a full refund. He said yes. I asked this question 4 times. The answer was yes a full refund. So I booked. Well guess what my family said they were not available on my dates after I booked. I said ok I can get a full refund. And rebook later.
Well they refunded about $700.00 of the more than )$1,000.00 tickets. This was in late September. I have been told. you will get your $331.00 at next billing cycle. They lied to me.
Now Travel Avion have told me I must wait 7 to 15 days to be refunded. Travel Avion have said this 6 times. Now at more than 100 days no refund from travel Avion. Travel Avion are thieves and liars. Do not trust this company. Red flags everywhere.

I was lied to 4 times in a row, given an endless run around when I made a case against them. They made promises and never kept them. They robbed me of over $1,300 dollars. The tickets I bought were never real. The airlines were never tracking I had even made a purchase when I made an inquiry about the status of my tickets. At one point I called TA, wondering where my ticket confirmation was and I was told, "Oh, sir, these tickets are no longer available." And, they were apparently non-refundable. I already bought them?? How the hell are they no longer available? Because they never really got my tickets to begin with. The BBB needs to shut these motherf*ckers down. Scam artists.

You bate and switched me twice. I was able to save almost $500 elsewhere. I would never work with you. I googled United Air and you were the top paid ad-that's on me.

This is not how business is done in the States-stick with Asia.

I would give ZERO stars if I had the option. This and the parent company will misrepresent, deceive, lie, and will say and do anything to get you to provide your credit card. BUYER BEWARE, THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL. They tell you they will send confirmed ticketing information in 3 to 24 hours. They will send you an iteniary, and hope you are gullible to believe them. To make matters worse, when they fail in delivering what is promised, they make it difficult to challenge their charges due to you signing off on their authorization. You can NOT even get an airline credit if you secure travel elsewhere, because they purchase your tkt with a company check, and they do not have to relinquish that ticket, and essentially they hold you hostage.

WORST SHAM of any Travel company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS(your own) and use a legitimate travel service.

Clearly i should have looked at the reviews before booking... i booked a flight for my family to go see an ailing family member and a week AFTER my flight was booked they sent an email saying our flights were canceled. I called customer service to see if I could get everything figured out and was told to call reservations in the morning. This is 2 weeks from my flight and prices around the holidays can double over night. When i asked for a simple explanation the representative had none... this is the single worst experience ive had booking a flight and have had to pay for a flight much more expensive though another agency. Please dont put yourself in the same situation... they should be SHUT DOWN!

A terrible experience still going on. I have requested a call from the booking Agent regarding my need to cancel this reservation . I have contacted the carrier, Air Canada and am informed that I am entitled to a an airline ticket credit, not a refund, for the value of the ticket purchased, subject to a cash penalty at the time of booking a new flight within 12 months of the cancellation. As of November 22, 2018, Air Canada only shows one ticket purchased in my name and not the second passenger .

Dont book your travel with this agency. They will take your money, tell you lies and then give you the run around trying to get Customer Service. I paid a deposit for a pending trip 3 days ago; of which the Agent, George, told me was refundable. I called back today to cancel reservation and they gave me the run around. I then asked for a supervisor who tried to lie and say the deposit was non-refundable. After the informed him that his agent had told me the deposit was Refundable, he then said I would have my refund in 7-14 days. BEWARE!

My rate is a -0!! I ask to leave on Dec.20th and return Jan.3rd this dummy booked and charged my card for Dec.12th.He was still on the phone while viewing the confirmation he sent to my email. I did not authorize this nor did I accept the confirmation that was sent and my card was still charged. They talking about 24hrs. It's been three days. I'm getting a lawyer!

I am not impressed. I called about 5 times and left a message to call me back. No one did. Then they charged me 1550. 00 twice on my credit card. Wont use them again

If I could give this company a ZERO I would!! Total liars! My husband mistakingly gave me their number thinking it was Frontier Airlines. I ask the man 4 different times if he was with Frontier Airlines and he said yes. This company charged me 600.00 over the regular prices of the tickets. My only question is why are airlines still allowing these crooks to book for them?? So sad all this when I was booking these tickets for my grandmother's funeral. Now I have to try to dispute these changes with my bank.

Our last day on vacation got ruined by this company. The worse travel agent ever!!
One of our family member try to make an upgrade from coach to first class from costa rica to Seattle.
The agent confirmed that’s all set and charged my creditcard. On the departing day, i called Alaska Airlines to confirmed our flight and i figure out that i was NOT in first class, it’s in a premium, which basically in coach. And they over charge me $300 for nothing.
I call this company and complain about the situation. The agent keep saying we are in the first class premium! Oh my gosh!!!! I got upset and I clearly explained the difference between first class and premium aka economy but he still said the same thing. I finally said, that we flew from Seattle to costa rica in the first class so i know exactly what the differences.
The agent said because it was on sunday so they need to wait for the manager to check the conversation and will give me a call to give me an update. Three day pass by but no update of whatsoever.... and i called again asking about the update and she said someone still working on it and we will give you a call back in 24hr period. Guessed what?! I call over and over again and spoke with 6 different agent but nothing has been done. I got so frustrated and finally they said, they’ll refund my money for one to two billing cycle for the over charge fee ohh wooowww . I work in hotel for several years so i know exactly how long the refund will be in process, it’s usually take about five to seven businesse day but this is just so bizarred.
Please people.... DO NOT used this company!! Wasting time, energy and money..... so not worth it. total scam!!
I think they don’t even deserve one star for this review. I will give a minus star if I could!!

Total scam !!! They did not pay money that I paid them to Delta on time , charged me twice, did not provide any receipts and on top of it they stole $2,000 USD from me - TOTAL SCAM! - do not use it ever! Bunch of thief’s!

The agent on phone orginally booked ticket wrong going to San Jose Ca. instead of Costrica San Jose where we are going and now not sure if I was billed wrong or not, pls confirm for me and I have not received the e ticket yet Jasper Houston

I have been traveling for many years. I have booked my flight reservations' with many different travel agent companies and never had a problem, until I called Travel Avion.

OMG this company was a nightmare. After not being satisfied with the way in which my airline tickets were never received in a timely matter, I CANCELED my reservation. After cancelling my reservation and receiving a cancellation acknowledgement from Travel Avion I thought I would be done with this horrifying company and the lying travel agent.

But to my surprise Travel Avion charged my debit card without my authorization three days after I canceled my reservation. but wait it gets better !

Travel Avion charged my debit credit card without my authorization or signed permission. Travel Avion stole $ 3,500 dollars from my account to pay for airlines tickets I canceled three days prior. This criminal act of stealing funds from my account caused my mortgagee payment and other household bills to not be paid.

After speaking with an alleged customer service representative from the company over a three day period, on the third day, I was told the mistake was my problem and I wouldn't be getting my money back. The agent was rude and didn't care about my account being compromised by his company. The agent told me to call my bank.

this is a fraud. i booked a reservation on a Friday. was told I would have my etickjets within 4 hours. 24 hours maxs. Start calling after waiting 24 hours. kept being told there was a glitch in the system. Tickets were definitely being processed. called multiple times on Saturday and Sunday. .Nithing but excuses. Received call monday after noon that U would have tickets by 6pm at same fares. No call at 6 pm, no tickets. Called them at 7:15. Told the fare was overbooked and that it would not cost over $1000 to get the reservation that was originally $738.00. Told it was overbooked on Saturday. Lied to for three days to end up having to pay 0vet $300.00 at another site to get the same reservation for our cruise. Don’t use them under any circumstances! you will be sorry. FRAUD and LIARS

Today I was trying to book my flight on frontier .com because I got a special that said for one day the price was $49.00 each way from Fresno,Calif. to Denver, Colorado and then back the other way. Well it won't work for me as don't know computers very well so called the number given. The price said it included all taxes. So when I called I go this guy who was booking for me and he said after a long time that the total for one way $95.81. So I asked why the difference and he said it was the taxes so I read it to him that taxes were included and he said they weren't but I was reading it to him exactly as it said so I said I want to back out and he I couldn't because it was non refundable. So what am I suppose to do so I said ok and I had told him when I wanted to come back and everything so after awhile I looked at the booking only to find out he hadn't even booked my return flight. This was after being on the phone with him a long time and I could hear him trying to book someone else at the same time. Anyway my flight is costing me twice as much as the ad said and I had a very bad experience with Frontier Airlines and don't plan to ever use you again.
