From the moment we contacted Transfom the whole experience from someone coming to look ,to making a day that suited us with the office,to the boys turning up at exact time they said they would ,with such a pleasant professional attitude ,covering everything up before starting ,and the transformation to the loft insulated boarded out two very bright lights ,and a bigger hatch with wonderful steps up ,and no damage was quite remarkable ,and all this done on one of the hottest days of the year ,then hoovered and cleaned up ,all done with a smile and a lovely attitude ,thank you once again Transform loft solutions and your work force thanks Phill

We recently had our loft boarded by Transform Loft Solutions in our new build home, and they also relocated a light fitting to accommodate the new safety hatch and ladder. I reached out to them via Facebook on a Saturday morning, and they responded almost immediately. Remarkably, they were at our house within an hour to take measurements and provide a quote—thanks to a last-minute cancellation.

Peter, who conducted the assessment, was friendly, polite, and helpful. The quote he gave us was clear, competitive, and fairly priced. We compared it against other quotes online using the same measurements, and Transform Loft Solutions stood out as excellent value for money.

We confirmed our booking a few hours later, and the team was able to carry out the work the following Wednesday. Jak and Jonna arrived promptly at 10:00 and had the job completed by midday. They were courteous, professional, and made sure everything was left clean and tidy.

The company proved to be reliable, professional and affordable .
The two fitters worked flat out. Took out a water tank and staging. Fitted loft ladders and 18 sq foot of boarding in about 3 hours.
Put floor coverings down and tidied up afterwards

Excellent service from quote to completion. The lads Gareth, Louis and Cal were punctual, polite and professional. Took under 2 hours for the work to be completed which included a new loft hatch, ladders, boards and light fitting. Hardly any mess other than a small amount of expected dust. Dust sheets were used and cleaning/hoovering was carried out following completion of work. Job has been completed to the highest of standards. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to transform their loft. Brilliant job lads, thank you!

From first contact to job completion all company staff were professional, polite and friendly.
Installation took only 2 hours, they even brought their own hoover to clean up once work finished. Price was fantastic, job done to very high standard, would recommend this company to anyone wanting loft floored etc.

From the initial message to the fitting couldn’t fault it. Called them up to arrange a quote, Gareth came out No hard sell told us the prices for the different things and left it up to us to decide, booked in for 2 weeks after we had Jonathan and Ryan to come fit the loft hatch ladders and boards took 2 hours left everything nice and clean thank you 🤩

We called to schedule a survey in March 2025. This was handled quickly and efficiently. The work was then scheduled for April. Any questions I had ahead of the work date were answered quickly. On the day the 2 guys did a great job, they were polite, professional, and worked non stop from 10-2 to get the loft fully boarded out with a new hatch & ladder. This has created loads of additional storage space and will really help to de clutter our house! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their loft boarded out.

I had opted for the loft ladders and new hatch.
The lads arrived, covered the stairs etc, for any mess, then got straight on with the job.
The job was done so quickly and efficiently.
There was no mess (just a few little bits as I’m OCD) the lads were working as a team and that showed in how efficiently they just got on with it.
Customer care is a must for me personally too and I was contacted straight back with a query I had.
That is very important these days in my opinion.
So, in summary, a great experience overall with this company.

Both the initial quote visit and installation were extremely professional.

On installation the guys had the loft hatch moved, flooring fitted and shelves built in about 3 hours (including the awkward removal of an old redundant water tank which I was given to scrap).

Couldn't fault these guys everyone was extremely friendly, transparent and professional.

I needed my loft boarding out so I called this company after seeing some of their work on various social media sites.

Their communication was spot on. Very easily booked a survey and followed on with an install date.

On the day of the job the team turned up with a good attitude and got straight into the work. They worked well as a team and the job appeared to go seamlessly. I’d also like to add that they took great care not to make a mess, particularly in the room below the loft hatch. The whole room was covered over with dust sheets.

I’m very happy with my boarded out loft. The job has been done to a professional standard and looks very smart. It has created a lot of storage space for me.

I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get a loft transformation. The initial quoting process was seamless and answered all questions we asked. After we decided to go with them we agreed on a date and the team turned up bang on time. They clarified the additional changes we wanted, made sure all areas of carpet and surroundings were covered with dust sheets then set to work.
The job was completed within the afternoon and all areas were left very clean and tidy.
The actual workmanship is second to none and we are very happy with the finished result

From the start to the finish of the job these men were friendly and polite, and it only took them 3 hours. My partner and I can not be happier with our loft convertion because their work is so neat and tidy, they have helped us to make our living area more spacious by making the loft a space a zone that’s not dark and dingy and we actually don’t mind going into it, to store our seasonal items. The light switch is at hatch entrance, the ladders are steady and the boards are evenly laid.

Gareth came out to quote me today for loft boarding a ladder and light. It's a small loft space in terms of height but he advised me immediately that if the work was done I would have so little room I would have to crawl around on my stomach and I would get very little use therefore not worth spending money on.
