My experience studying at ITN has truly been amazing! One of the main reasons I chose this school was its philosophy of an integrated, whole-body approach to health and transformation. That idea deeply resonated with me because I’ve always believed that real change happens when we support all aspects of a person — body, psychology, and spirit. I was also very inspired by Cynthia’s personal story and transformation, which made the mission of the school feel authentic and meaningful.
The program itself exceeded my expectations. There was a huge amount of material that really expanded my knowledge, along with great labs and many additional resources that made the learning process engaging and practical.
Since enrolling, I’ve already had the chance to practice coaching with fellow students and received very positive feedback. This experience helped me grow more confident in my coaching abilities and strengthened my overall confidence as I continue developing in this field.
I’m truly grateful for this journey and for being part of such a supportive and inspiring community!

Student support was always there. The lessons are insightful and cover more than just a singular aspect and are truly holistically oriented. The ability to become board certified is also a HUGE plus.

This course was packed full of information, bonus content and community support. The course content was easy to navigate and follow. I completed the course and graduated in under 5 months. I'm so excited to advance my career. The online support of staff was always available and very professional.

I signed up for another integrative nutrition coaching program before ITN and honestly, it was pretty disappointing. I learned a bunch of facts and figures about food, nutrition, and chakras but nothing about how to actually COACH a real person. Their business training was also outdated, which was disappointing. I would have had to pay for ANOTHER course just to be eligible for the NBHWC exam and that was my sign to look for something better and all inclusive.

That's when I found ITN.

ITN was a totally different experience from the jump. They actually teach you how to coach. Not “maybe if you piece this together you’ll figure it out someday” energy, but a full coaching system mapped out, done-for-you, ready to use with clients. I started using their framework while I was still in class and literally launched my business before I even graduated. I even started a community program in my town because I finally felt confident enough to DO something with what I was learning.

And the support? Unreal. Anytime I had a question, the team was right there. Lauren is amazing and I felt like they cared and knew what they were doing. I never felt like I was bothering anyone or left hanging trying to figure it out alone. Oh and the coaching labs we did live were so much fun and made me feel way more comfortable coaching someone.

If you’re comparing programs: just stop and do ITN. I can’t recommend it enough. It saved me money, gave me an actual path to certification, and I didn’t have to duct tape together a coaching business on my own. ITN made it simple. Period.

I’ve just graduated as a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach, and I can honestly say this course is phenomenal. It beautifully blends science, psychology, and spirituality in a way that makes learning both deeply insightful and practical.

The program is so well structured and easy to follow, with a suggested timeline that’s spot-on. Everything is clearly laid out, and it’s flexible enough to fit into a busy life. The community is absolutely wonderful — incredibly supportive, warm, and welcoming. Even though I’m based in the UK, I never once felt disconnected. I truly felt like part of the ITN family, supported every step of the way.

Having explored different coaching approaches over the past decade, I’ve never come across a school quite like ITN. The depth of content, the focus on spirituality, and the expertise of the faculty are just exceptional.

Since qualifying, I’ve continued to heal my own health even further and have been coaching family and friends — the positive shifts I’ve seen are incredible. I now feel more confident, more aligned, and more inspired than ever.

I’m currently developing my own coaching services for midlife women, helping them rewrite their health stories and become the heroes of their own bodies. I’m so looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned and guiding women to step into their own healing power.

The support team is awesome and always super helpful, the labs helped me build my confidence as a coach, and I especially loved how the course was not restricted and I could work at my own pace. I absolutely LOVED my experience at ITN! The team were so helpful and I always got a speedy response anytime I reached out. The live coaching labs were great for making me feel confident working with clients. They did coaching demos, allowed us to practice with each other, and made us all feel ready. But the standout area of this program was their business training. I followed their blueprint step by step and then used their health coach in a box. Literally everything I needed was there. It took me a few months (my coaching buddy did it in half the time) because I have 2 young kids but it works! I got 3 clients after I launched my website and now I'm taking clients regularly to fill my time when my kids are at school. I'm so happy I chose ITN!

ITN does such a great job of blending structure with support. The curriculum is clear and approachable, and the live sessions add so much value. They really make everything feel more interactive and engaging. The support team is really responsive, which makes the whole experience even smoother.

Overall, it’s a well-rounded program that makes learning feel doable, rewarding, and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend!

These guys are only in it for the money. 10k for a program with literally NO student support (and good luck getting ahold of anyone if you're having a technical issue) and then $100/month just to access everything you've already paid for? Like others on here have said, stay away...

Honestly does not prepare you to be a health coach. So much missed information, over generalizations, and the business building is a joke. Save your money (as it’s expensive) and find a better program.

I graduated from this program back in 2018. Since April 2024 they have reached out to past students to upgrade to their latest program. I have replied 4 times to 4 follow-up emails to inquire on the cost and I was totally ignored - never received a reply to my emails. This is clearly not a good experience. Also, as previously mentioned in past reviews... just to gain access to the content of the course after graduation they charge a ridiculous price of $97 per month. Not very impressed with this organization overall... and in a way happy that they've ignored my emails as I feel somewhat good about not sending them anymore money.

Follow-up (Oct 1, 2025)
After receiving their inaccurate Trustpilot response—submitted a year after my review—I sent them all the emails that had originally been sent in May 2024. On September 19, 2025, they requested the emails again. I re-sent the four emails from May 2024 but never received a reply, even after following up. A significant improvement in communication is clearly needed.

I don't really care for this program. They are adding more monthly fees when we are already paying over 6000 dollars. now we have to pay an extra $97 for material that helps us understand more and if we cannot pay it then we won't have access- I don't believe thats fair

I'm really not feeling this program. I feel I jumped to soon without researching other programs because I like shaun. I would be doing better with a book or manual for how much money I'm spending.

I really appreciate the program and I am learning SO much! I'm more oriented towards group coaching through workshop and conferences rather then the one on one approach. So maybe offering to do the Lab assement in a group setting instead of individual ones could be an interesting avenue to think about.
I believe transformation in very powerful when acknowledge and supported by your family or community.
