having seen the positive reviews I booked a car from Milan to Lake Garda. The pick up from the airport went ok, it was the return journey we were unhappy with. having had a great week in lake Garda I booked a 07.30 pick up for and 11.30 flight, however, I had a text the day before our pick up to say the car would be there at 06.45, when I said this was too early, I was told there would be traffic issues if we left any later than that. so the car collected us at 06.45 and dropped us at the airport 50 minutes later. Zero traffic problems and we then had to spend 4 hours in the airport. we think the early pick up was purely for the convenience of the driver, who probably had another pick up to do.

Thank you so much Silvio and Rauf. From start to finish the service was impeccable. Immediately upon booking Rauf contacted me and told me what to expect on our arrival at Milan Bergamo Airport. Silvio was our driver. He gave us clear and precise instructions on our arrival. He was professional, friendly and informative. His driving was excellent. We met up with my wife's sister who was over from Australia. We had a few days at Lake Como before making our way to to Milan for three days. When our time came to depart Silvio collected us from our hotel in Milan and drove back to Milan Bergamo Airport. The whole procedure was seamless. I would go as far as to say Silvio provided us with the best taxi service ever. SUPERB!

I relied on transfer me services after a series of flight delays left me unable to get to my destination in time. After a very simple booking process (providing your airport, flight details, and destination information) I received a text message confirming my booking and providing the name of the individual who would pick me up. As soon as I got to the airport exit, my driver, Nikolay was ready at the curb, took my bags, and got me to my destination in less than one hour! Because of transfer me, I was able to make a wedding that I otherwise would have been late to. 5 stars!!

I researched several different companies online in order to find a reliable and affordable driver for a 2 hour transfer in Italy. Pour mon trajet entre l’aéroport de Bergame et celui de Malpensa, j’ai pu réservé très facilement un ou deux jours avant. Leur manager a pris contact avec moi sur WhatsApp, tout était clair pour l’organisation. Mon avion est arrivé une fois n’est pas coutume un peu en avance et Silvio mon chauffeur était là dans les 10 minutes. Prise en charge impeccable, Silvio parlait en plus français et le voyage d’un peu plus d’une heure s’est passé très agréablement. I hired this service online on short notice. Didn’t really know what to expect. It was a round trip from Milan Linate to Cervino. Everything was excellent, my drivers contacted me way in advance. For my return trip I even asked if they could come earlier and they did. I will certainly use it again. Highly recommend. Thanks a lot Roman and Silvio.

We booked a return transfer from Milan Bergamo Airport to Sirmione and were very impressed with the company's service and communication, especially with how well they handled our last-minute itinerary changes. Our return driver, Silvio, was excellent — great communication and he made every effort to ensure we were comfortable throughout the journey.

However, we did have an issue with our transfer from the airport to Sirmione. First of all the driver was very hard to located at the airport, not standing at arrivals like normal transfers would be Anyway, we were told we would be dropped be 10 minutes walking from our hotel, which we were happy with as old town Sirmione is a walking area. However, on the day, there were entry restrictions into Sirmione, and our driver dropped us 44 minutes walking with our luggage from our hotel. He did not explain the situation about the access restrictions or offer any alternatives. When I showed him that Google Maps indicated a 44-minute walk, he simply said this was "Italian minutes," which we didn’t understand and found quite frustrating after a long journey.

When I rang the company, they explained the situation, which I appreciated. However, at the time of the transfer, we were given no advice or options. We would have had ample alternatives — such as taking a local taxi, a bus, or even diverting to Desenzano and getting the ferry — but none of these were suggested to us, and we did not know the area. Despite being left almost an hour away on foot with our luggage sore and tired, we still had to pay the full fare for an incomplete journey.

Overall, while the company itself was excellent in many ways, better communication and support on the day would have made a big difference to our experience.

Amazing Service. Quick response time. The car was fantastic. Absolutely clean and spotless. Will definitely recommend them. I booked their service within 24 hrs of my requirement and had no issues whatsoever. Really appreciate the service. And also a shoutout to Silvio. He was great.
