GDPR concerns.
I’m updating to 3 stars because they acted quickly, but leaving the original concern
As a matter of regular review this company should evaluate all obvious personal domain names for legitimacy before reaching out, and decide whether the risk of violating the UKGDPR laws is worth the few instances they may otherwise remove.
However they were transparent and seem to have not only acted to remove my information, but contact the company who provided it initially, which I appreciate.

This company farmed my personal gmail information to solicit my work business via my home account. Even by shady and annoying sales emails this crosses a line. It’s disgusting they’re storing my protected information and a full removal request is incoming. Failure to answer will mean a formal complaint.
Disgusting lack of ethics.

• Data origin: Your email address was included in a UK business contact dataset supplied by a reputable B2B data provider.They source verified, publicly available business information under GDPR’s legitimate interest basis for B2B marketing.
• Data recorded: We only processed basic professional information — name, company, email address, and, where available, industry or role. No sensitive or personal data was ever stored or shared.
• Data protection: All data is managed through secure, access-controlled systems used exclusively for B2B communications. We never sell or transfer data to third parties.
That said, I completely understand your concern — your personal Gmail address should not have been included. We’ve raised this directly with the data provider to ensure they tighten their filters for non-business domains going forward.
Please rest assured that your data has now been fully erased, and you won’t be contacted again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to put it right.
