The course I paid for is fine but very generic and videos poor quality. I also found the chats with the trainers great on EDC, however I am not impressed with the manipulative way that the transition from the free month of EDC to payment for monthly or lifetime occurs.
There is no automated email to let the client know that time is nearly up, or how much it will cost ie $67/month and then if you don't want to pay that, it reduces to $67 per lifetime. That email could also include how to cancel the subscription. There is however, an automated email to tell the client that they have now subscribed for another month. This is quite unethical.
It is also difficult to find the prices of the EDC or how to cancel the transcription on trainpetdog.com as the website is set out poorly. Tabs would be easier for the reader to navigate.
I did not give permission for my credit card to be reused (after paying for the course) for EDC.

All of the information is very useful getting your dog to be obedient and cooperative. The other training isn’t specific to Jack Russell‘s.Being able to speak to a trainer in person is so helpful for specific problems or concerns you may have. Having the help of a professional makes all the difference!

Although it is a lot of reading and I do it on my phone, the information reinforces what needs to be done. It has been 5 years since my last dog and she was good but had seizures and on several medications. I just want a good dog that I can take out for a walk in public etc. I work from home now so it was time and the training information is very helpful as is the discussions with the trainers. Love the book as well.

I really liked talking to the online trainers. What I didn't like was having a scheduled call cancelled and it was not rescheduled automatically. I ended up getting the call rescheduled, but it was after the free month, and the company charged me for that month. I thought that the online course was good. The book that I bought for ~$100 was terrible.

I have seen that dogs live very well in our house because they never say anything to anyone. If people bother them then they go for a walk. Then the biggest characteristic is that they are loyal to their owners as much as anyone. It's not human but it's like dogs.

Oh man!!! I have done exactly as I was told by the trainers and my #Buffy is doing great!! She has barely even gotten pp off her pads, she’s eating well, she has her small area where she is comfortable and a small portion of the couch with close attention. I found the telephone trainer helpful.
I got very tired of seeing when I signed up every. day!A lot of reading. Most of the advise was helpful about
potting training.

Having the modules to go on and being able to repeat them as needed has given me added confidence to keep at it. I can review and move ahead as well as skip the ones that don't apply to my puppy. Trainpetdog has been a great resource for me to go back and fill in the gaps and to move forward into new territory. I'm very glad that I came across the website.

I'm having trouble putting into practice the instructions that I'm getting on this program, but I think it's my problem more than theirs. It just seems that I am dealing with information overload and trying to do too much at once. I think it might help to give a realistic analysis of how long it will take to implement each training procedure.

It was really helpful speaking to a dog trainer. She answered all of my questions but more importantly, she gave me encouragement. I was feeling frustrated, and she reassured me that training puppies is a process. There will be good days and bad and even dog trainers can get frustrated as well. I needed this.

She was so insightful and understood my needs. My puppy is very very independent and will not listen to me but the tips she gave were spot on and has made a difference already in just one week. I’m excited to continue on with this service and b a better educated puppy mom.

trainer did not listen to what we were already doing. her replies seemed to be scripted. She did not suggest what our next step should be. I felt like it was a waste of time.
