Perfect training for my 3 yo Shitzu, to poop on pads. Closing off rest of home worked.

We appreciate having access to the material and we recognize that we have made progress with Sadie. Our two voice to voice conversations with Sally have given us encouragement and knowledge. We do see progress although the separation anxiety still needs improvement.

It is very imformative and In depth.

What I received in material I could have pulled for free. The consultation was plastic, hurried and impersonal.

One of the dog trainers made my experience great. She helped me to learn ways to help my dog Trixie be less aggressive towards other dogs. It is a long term commitment that I must work at on a daily basis. Not an easy behavior to change. We are now at the place where the training is successful sometimes. I have printed materials from TrainPetDog that are easy to understand and use.
The thing that was not so good was that 2 special interviews would not download. I reviewed the frequently asked questions and the answers were no help. One interview was about obesity in dogs and the other one was about communicating with your dog. I want to have use of both of these

I was unaware of the constant charges to my account. The education provided was not always accurate. It did edic me on things I did not know. But it was to expensive over all.

The amount of information is nice and the various ways of getting it and choosing from the dashboard.

I am lost most of the time trying to find What we paid for. Sometimes too much information makes it difficult, especially for older people, but we’re trying.

Every single trainer we spoke to had super valuable information . I was at the point where it was me or the dog. Without their help things at our house would be dramatically different.

Becoming a dog mom again was a big decision with the busyness of life working and raising a human baby lol. TrainPetDog has been wonderful because I can speak to trainers when needed, adding their advice to what the physical trainer is doing. It has made transitioning back to being a dog owner easier. My Vizsla is doing great and I look forward to not only seeing her continue to progress, but also my little cavapoo as well.

Multiple emails came with continued items to purchase. It was difficult to find teaching instructions or to contact anyone to talk to. I did speak with a dog trainer one time for 15 minutes.
Overall I do not feel it was worth the money so I quit after 3 weeks. I inquired about a book that could be purchased but received no response.
