They failed to provide the online course, were rude, condescending and refused to provide a refund. I would not recommend anyone use them.

Course at Sunshine venue
The lady was lovely however I did a cpr course last year with a different company which was much more in-depth. She was also a smoker along with half of the others on the course; in a very small room for me as a non smoker the smell was really quite disgusting. The venue I attended was at Sunshine; easy to get to & free parking, staff were very accommodating.

Excellent experience with Training Aid Australia. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking their First Aid Certificate. The facilitator made it very easy to understand and has made me more confident if an emergency situation may arise.

Recently completed Adv First Aid with Training Aid Australia, trainer Shane made it very clear and fun. Small class was also a goo thing with space for practical training using all the resources. Would definitely reuse and recommend Training Aid Australia again.

Shane the trainer was fantastic
Shane the trainer was fantastic! He made the content easy and simple to understand and reassured us that there is no such thing as "perfect CPR or First Aid". the was the best First Aid and CPR course I have ever taken. I will return for renewal.

Training Aid provided our staff with Advanced First Aid
Training Aid provided our staff with Advanced first aid training at our work place, the trainer was excellent, extremely experienced not only at the advanced training, but practical coaching skills and real experiences to learn from.
We will defiantly be using these guys again for further training.
