Within 10-15mins of passing my details over I had a phone call straight away from Tom, who has been fantastic since the start of my course. Had a really good experience with Ashley while working towards my C1 licence. Even though we’ve only spoken over the phone, his communication is spot on—he explains everything clearly and always makes sure I understand before moving on.

Amazing customer service

I have Luke as my training advice and support. He has been really clear with the requirements and how the process works. There hasn't been any pressure to have revision done in a certain time and I'm able to work within my own timeframe.

My training advisor Luke has been great through the entire process so far. Hes been checking in to see how I get on and helping with any questions ive had. I'd mentioned that there was an issue with the cpc training and he got it sorted incredibly fast. Would reccomend this company to anyone.

Dealing with Ash at HGV and he has been brilliant can’t fault the man, he has been there every step of the way, calling me up to see how I’m getting on with things and has always been there when I need to ask him things about the whole HGV! Can’t complain about anything glad I went with these people, definitely recommend to family and friends for sure!
