Alarm bells began to ring for me when I had to chase them twice for the delivery and the live chat stated that it was their policy for them to be delivered 2 weeks after order.....

I ordered a pair of Nike VaporMax Plus for my sons birthday, when they did arrive straight away you could tell something was off, the shoes barely fit in the box, the swoosh on the heel touched the stitiching, the printing on the size label was all over the place and then there was the smell of glue.

They do go out of their way to try an pull the wool over your eyes to their credit by attaching a Stock X genuine tag to them however a quick google search on how to establish these are fake was able to verify this as well.

They are good quality fakes no doubt, but they do not state this on their website, stay away.

fake shoes should have knew by looking at the prices the amount i opened them it smelt like really cheap toxic glue. Do not trust this website ordered a pair of jordan 4s and i took them to an authentication turned out to be fake. I also asked them for a refund multiple times and nobody has got back to me.

I received counterfeit Air max 90 Surplus from Trainers Factory. In their defence they did eventually refund me but they originally tried to force me to leave a positive review in exchange for a refund. I had to threaten to report them for fraud before they unconditionally refunded me.

As you can see the Fraudster has decided to call me an idiot. On a side note Nationwide have identified them as the culprits for my card fraud. I can evidence all of my claims and I have provided the evidence to the Visa Fraud team.

I never really write reviews but I received so much good customer service that I thought I need to write something. My daughter bought me a pair of jordons 6 and they had came and were to small and need bigger size and I contacted trainersfactory and they were so good they talked me through everything I needed to do and they made the whole process so easy . Also the jordons I received were fantastic and the best quality. Again I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service I received from Abraham Leo. If you are looking quality service, I highly recommend these guys.

I order a pair of Air Jordan 4 Retro trainers before Christmas I was worried that they would not arrive in time, but they arrived fine. The customer service was very helpful when I contacted them as I was worried if they would be late.
Great service, good delivery and value for money.

Fantastic porduct and customer service throughout this busy time of year. Even when I was getting a little twitchy about prompt delivery. The team where confident, calm and reassuring to all my queries. Top drawer stuff from a great company!!

Edit: someone has just rang me off a mobile number from this company asking why ive left this review. That is harassing behaviour. I asked why they were calling me and i hung up and blocked the number.
They also refunded the additional shipping fee after seeing my review.

Ordered yesterday, i then realised it would take 12 days for me to get my order. I emailed them and asked if they are based in the uk and i needed the order asap. I was told they are in the uk but ship from another country and couldnt guarantee i would get my parcel before christmas and they would be shipping it tommorow. I therefore cancelled it yesterday which they accepted and would refund me tommorow.
They have refunded me however have kept the shipping fee which is completely unacceptable considering i cancelled the same day i ordered and the day before they were going to ship them.
Wouldn't recommend.

Straight forward order using clearpay as I didn't trust the reviews I read. I read the terms and conditions of clearpay before ordering from a sellers point as they have to adere to the terms and conditions of using clearpay. They can't sell counterfeit goods or pirated goods, hence why I ordered through clearpay as you can withhold the payments etc etc if you believe the goods are no good. I only use sites that I know you can use klarna/clearpay with as these sites would be veted before the seller is allowed to have a account for buyers to pay through. I will most definitely update when I receive the trainers otherwise I will take the necessary steps to having a refund through clearpay so I'm hoping this isn't going to be the case. I didn't have any problems with using the clearpay option as payment and I also checked on clearpay itself if this site was in the store finder and it is. I've seen so many mixed reviews on here, I went and done my homework first so I have every faith that I get a genuine pair of jordan 4s

I absolutely love Trainers Factory, I have purchased a pair of Jordan 1s and Jordan 4s from them and they were both perfect!! The customer service was outstanding with very prompt replies to messages. They are my go to for my Jordans!! I would highly recommend them!!!

Still not revived orders and has passed expected delivery date

This is the second time the that I’m purchasing a pair of Jordan 5s from Trainers Factory. I’m very pleased with their customer service. I’ve received immediate responses to my queries. Very hard to pay using your pay apps after getting a tex from your customers service I did manage to do a bank transfer.but still waiting for delivery after two weeks Royal Mail has not displayed any delivery details.
