Brilliant company good service I had ordered trainers with someone else but thay let me down so back on innet I found this company the trainers was a present for my nephew 18th birthday he is so happy with them if I see something ilike I will be buying for them again but there is one thing that let's it down thay don't let you no by email when you get them but I suppose that just a little thing

Hi , have to say have been very impressed with your customer service . I was sceptical that the trainers would not arrive in time!! But they did and my Granddaughter was given them today and she was over the moon and so were we. So thank you again for excellent service , and the updates and quarantines you have us .

stay away from this company.all the trainers are copy’s,this is the biggest scam going.

i have had people texting me trying to blackmail me with my refund.got told to change me review on this website or i won’t get my money back.

You will give your hard earned money in return for fake goods (thats if they arrive) then good luck dealing with customer service or even managing to get a refund. If you do manage to get a refund then please tell me how you do it too? The returns link on the website Doesn’t even work so if you wanted to get a refund/exhange forget about it.

Do not use this website I was one of the lucky ones to get my money back after a long wait am realising my trainers weren’t coming. Save yourselves the headache

I brought a pair of Jordan’s for my Grandson’s15th birthday, they were 5 days late and he thought I’d been scammed :-) they turned up like I said they would and when he unwrap them all he could say was WOW and is already looking for a pair for Christmas so we will definitely be shopping here again.

I bought Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Military Black'
They were excellent quality and arrived after around 2 weeks, although I understand there were some shipping issues. When I contacted customer service the response was fast. Would buy again.

The order can fast and was exactly wanted and they are in perfect condition

Tried to get a refund after ordering shoes I didn’t want anymore within 24 hours and they refused to refund claiming it had already been sent even though their policy is refund within 24 hours

Extremely poor customer service have yet to reply to any emails. It’s been over a week and trainers still not arrived!!! I will not be buying from them again!!!

I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the trainers and still a no show. Tracking number still says waiting for dispatch from company. I have emailed several times. Phoned no reply to 2 numbers. I have asked for a full refund. Wont hold my breathe will be getting trading standards involved.

I haven't received the goods yet so cannot rate any higher.
