Throughout the transaction you felt you were dealing with people who knew what they were doing and they cared about their customers. Delivery was prompt and well tracked. The price was about a third of Amazon and will certainly be using again. Anything to do with trailers don't hesitate

No delivery and no info. Poor service.
Ordered some U bolts for a boat trailer job, went away for 6 days, returned to find no bolts delivered and no communication about the goods. A phone call elicited the response 'Oh sorry, we're out of stock. Didn't you get an email about it?' No I did not and was forced to drive a near 2 hour round trip to purchase some from my nearest trailer builder in order to complete the job on time.
