First I ordered bronze spring eye bushings. Got'em in a hurry. Much sooner than the published time. But - they were steel not bronze. Oh crap... Called'em, sent pictures, was told "No Problem - send'em back!" No restocking free. No return shipping fees. Then I ordered Dexter Bronze Bushings from eTrailer. I get Steel bushings in Dexter packaging stating "Bronze Bushings" they looked identical to the bushings trailerparts.com had sent me. First eTrailer told me I had to pay restocking fee and return shipping. After sending them a few photos they back off'a that. Searched all over the Houston, Tx. area for real, bronze, bushings. They simply are no longer available. Soooo... based on the attitude and helpfulness displayed by Dennis at TrailerParts.com. I called him and ordered not only the bushings but several different size step bolts to complete my trailer suspension overhaul. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from TrailerParts.com and I will use them again in the future. My experience seems night and day different than what some folks here are saying when they give'em 1-2 star ratings.

Do not use them, waited three weeks for a brake controller and they sent me a used dud. dont go near them other times I have used them have been poor slow service, this is the end.

Ordered parts on a Sunday with an expected date of that Friday. Had to call and ask for a tracking number. Really? Did the parts come on Friday? NOPE! Saturday? NOPE! When I finally tracked down the order at the local Post Office, I knew I was in trouble. When I claimed the shipment at the Post Office I was presented with a $10 dollar clevis pin, not the $156 complete brake set I ordered. Needless to say I was unhappy. When a disagreeable woman returned my call, she did not care. Offered a refund only. When I demanded she ship out the parts overnight she refused. Meanwhile, back at my garage with a camper brake refresh project all over my floor I contemplated my destroyed Spring Break plans.

Placed my order on Sunday night. Immediately got confirmation email. Received another email Tuesday with tracking information. All parts at my door Thursday afternoon! Vast selection of trailer parts. Looked at many other sites before coming across trailerparts.com. Everything I needed was in stock and the description of each part was great! Will definitely do business again!

I ordered a new axel, waited 2 1/2 months for it to get shipped, arrived missing parts and damage to spindle threads. called company, explained the issue, told me missing parts will be shipped that day and someone will get with me about the damaged threads. Well i cant wait another 3 months for another axel so i took it back off trailer took it to the shop to get threads fixed. Weeks later still haven't received missing parts. Called them today, sure enough parts never shipped , nasty customer service , horrible company to do business with . Guess i have to go buy missing parts because I dont think they will ever ship , they got my money and thats the end to them.

Ordered the springs and bolts on the weekend. Read some reviews. Tried to call them, no luck. They called back and relayed they were having phone issues and found where I had called them. Enquired about my order, they stated it would more than likely go out Monday afternoon. It went out, The springs and bolts were delivered this afternoon (Thursday). Just what I ordered. Will buy from them again.

I ordered as DS60 and a canopy double draw with bench system . I am happy with the customer service provided and the punctuality on delivery . Excellent products and good service . Thanks trailer parts direct .

Run far and fast from this business. They don't answer the phones or emails and I've been waiting since July for replacement parts that I've pretty much accepted that I won't be getting them.

They’ll gladly take your money, they just won’t give you any customer service to go along with it. I received my first order quickly. I then contacted them because the bolt kits they sold to go with it did not fit. The tongue was 3x3. The ubolt kit was 3” long... so you can’t attach the nuts. I wasn’t too worried, I got some from Home Depot to solve the problem. I emailed them about that and about trying to get someone on the phone to talk about a part. After 3 emails and 6 weeks later I finally got a reply from some rude person who obviously skimmed my email and gave me a worthless reply. I asked for a manager to get back to me. Crickets. Bottom line is they’ll gladly take your money but don’t give a crap about their customers. You can’t use covid as an excuse if you are taking orders. You have to supply the support. They truly earned a 1 star review.

This place is horrible! Same issue as other reviews. Took a several days to ship. Now, my order is “in transit, arriving late” which I’m skeptical.

Customer service is closed due to Covid. They aren’t even responding to emails!!! How do you run a business and not help Customers. Is this a real

Ordered a new galvanized axle, mounts, and u-bolt kit on 6/24. Order shipped on 6/30, got it on 7/1. Everything was OK. Packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Covid has obviously negatively impacted a lot of businesses, and considering they are in NJ, I’m sure they were affected because of the stringent business regulations in NJ. Glad I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and I’m happy with my order.

Trailer parts.com has the worst customer service. I left multiple emails, called just to get a looped recording to cancel an order. I filled out their cancellation form twice on their website and they still shipped the parts. I refused the delivery by UPS and 10 days later still waiting on my refund. Stay away from this business!

I having the same issue as everyone else. Ordered a part, they were quick to take my money and two weeks later no response. This has to be illegal.

Over 10 Business days since order placed. They charged my card immediately, but the order still does not show on my account. Not currently offering phone customer service and no response to website contact form or emails to customer service. I more than understand that there are things going on in the world right now and am not upset about having to wait for my order to ship, but you need to at least communicate with your customers. If not, you shouldn't be taking orders. I sent my third and final attempt to contact them this morning stating that I will have to dispute the charges if I do not hear back.

Ordered a part shown “in stock” on June 4; still waiting for shipping confirmation on June 17. Sent an email- no response. Tried calling- no response/disconnected. They charged my card the day I ordered... I’m guessing they’re bankrupt & going out of business, but who knows. I can’t imagine any other explanation.

Horrible customer service will never buy anything from them again. I understand the virus holding things up but it’s been over a month and my order is is not shipped.

Ordered parts that were "in stock" 2 weeks ago. Took my money and ghosted me. Unwilling to respond to calls or emails. No way possible to check order status, upgrade shipping, or even cancel order due to the time sensitivity of parts i ordered. They have not responded to numerous attempts!! COVID does not excuse lack of common customer courtesy or any kind of service to the customer..... If you like the feeling of not knowing WHEN or IF you will ever get the parts you paid for, this is the place for you.
