Fast delivery
Fast delivery, we have used the product now three times and it doesn’t even last a few hours now without deflating. Have to wake up in the middle of the night to inflate it back up.
Super disappointing.

Airbeds may soften after inflation due to material stretch, air temperature, or changes in air pressure. This shouldn’t be mistaken for a default this will be the same across all airbed. If you notice a drop in firmness, simply top up with air for optimal support. After an hour from Inflation.

The poles are excellent, good quality, light, easy to assemble.
Unfortunately I’m only 5 foot tall and so they are far too long. To have my elbow at a right angle I’m holding the pole considerably below the strap. Is there any means of adjusting them for my height?

Ordered a tent and tent carpet
Ordered a tent and tent carpet, they were due to be delivered by two different couriers, the tent arrived by DX in two days, the carpet from Evri never came on the day it was supposed to, I contacted Trail Outdoor Leisure who tracked parcel and it had been lost, customer services offered a complete refund or new carpet which I accepted and it was duly delivered by express delivery. Excellent customer services
