Their mistakes, your consequences
Pattern I experienced twice:
1) Bet cancelled for "duplicate pick" — but their own rules define the two markets as different. They admitted their system accepted it, their staff missed 7 prior identical bets, and they updated the system after. Still ruled against me.
2) Stage 2 account terminated for hitting the daily loss limit. Their welcome email said 15%, dashboard said 10%. They confirmed the email had been wrong since November 2024 — over a year uncorrected. Said I should have reported it myself. Their offer: 10% discount on a new account.
Both times they admitted the error was theirs. Both times the cost was mine. Documentation available for everything.
The platform works. The accountability doesn't.
