Awful company. Would not use.
Was quoted £160, Sent my phone in, never heard anything for weeks, sent multiple emails with no reply, couldn’t ring them as the number provided doesn’t work. Finally got a response after sending a screenshot of Royal Mail saying delivered. For them to say, the envelope arrived with no phone inside, even though it’s was a sealed envelope with tape. Was then told, I’d receive up to £100 compensation. 10 weeks later, yet more multiple emails chasing and asking for proof of Royal Mail claim. I finally received £50 today. Absolutely disgraceful communication and experience. Do not recommend this company one bit. Wish I had never used them.

Excellent service traded my first 16 Pro Max to TYP

Sent this Company two phones that I considered to be in good order, they were protected all there working lives with me. Sent them off in good faith only to be told that both phones had faults they then decided to drop the initial payment stated. This to me stinks, they are trying to cover their postage by dropping the original price quoted. I suggest looking else ware for doing business.

Not happy! Was initially offered £118 for my phone and when it was "inspected" it apparently had screen burn (absolute rubbish) and scratches beyond repair! There was 1 small scratch on the screen I can assure you!
They offered me £25 for it... And then when I refused, offered me a final £40so basically £78 less than they quoted... They wanted £10 to return the phone back to me. NEVER AGAIN!!

Had a great experience here, I was in a time crunch and needed my phone camera fixing- they managed to get it done asap and I was really happy with the result!

Put my phone in that was in excellent condition (no scratches anywhere and never been dropped) and they downgraded due to a low speaker.my recommendation to the company is to produce a report to prove because it feels like they can just provide no detail and already have your phone so puts you in a difficult situation.

Despite checking before sending phone, was offered £40 less than original quote. Brand new S25 unboxed but never used. Immaculate condition. I doubled checked with their web chat bot whether it would still qualify as new and was told yes. So was disappointed to receive a £40 lower offer for it being unboxed. Would I use again? Would look around more first

Low balled me it's a 40% less offer sounds like the wanted a immaculate 3 year old phone. I will not use this company again
