Very rude and unprofessional service. I sent them my Samsung S22, August 25. Received an email within 2 days to say, they have the phone. Then nothing, after around 4 weeks I called them. Their response was that they couldn't check the phone as it still had a password locking it. Still haven't received payment or phone back, so seeking legal advice at the moment. PLEASE AVOID !

Sent a Samsung A53 they say they can't track the phone without the receipt. Unfortunately I misplaced the receipt. Asked them if the produced the the label can't they track it they said no they can't. So no phone no money. I would not use this service again bad experience making sure to make a note of your tracking number and the post office were no help they said they could not give me a duplicate receipt.kept checking trade your phone website and just said package sent and no updates.

Always provide excellent service and very patient when giving advice on how to use various functions on my device.

Low price offer lower than given , lame excuse for price reduction , requested to provide evidence, failed to respond.
Would not recommend, go elsewhere, had to chase for money as 5 days waiting to receive payment. I cannot express anymore than that they are a dire outfit to deal with, this is an honest review unlike the suspect high rated reviews.

LOW PRICE ONCE THEY RECEIVE PHONE. Initially offered a good price for phone. However they came back with false claims of faults with the phone (It had just come back from samsung to replace screen and battery). They offered a MUCH LOWER price, after rejecting they came back several times with increased offers but all below initial valuation. WONT USE AGAIN

This is a follow up to an earlier review

I was initially quoted £83 as my phone's value. Having sent my phone to TradeYour Phone, I was offered £55 on the basis of a weak battery. I disputed that, (see my earlier Trust Pilot review), and was subsequently offered £65. I accepted this on the basis that although I was being scammed, It would cost me £10 to have the phone returned to me. The money was paid into my account.

I sought advice via Gemini AI. It referred to this sort of sales operation as, 'Bait and Switch'. Don't get caught!

This was a good decision to use these guys. Sent my iPad to be looked at and got a decent offer in 3rd decline. Happy with price and the money went in on Monday after the acceptance on the Friday. I would recommend. I had email updates throughout

Condition: Good

My order has been revalued from £83 to £55 on the basis of it having a weak battery.

I replied:- I have received your revaluation of my Samsung phone. It was originally valued at £83, You have now made me an offer of £55 on the basis that the battery is weak. I would dispute the validity of your revaluation on the basis that you were aware of the age of the phone and must therefore be aware of the battery life. In addition, I used the phone very little compared with most phone users. I would also say that the wholesale costs for a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (SM-G990B/U) replacement battery typically range from £5.60 to £11.00. I must therefore conclude that your new offer of £55 is in error or your company is trying to scam me!
