I will be purchasing more in the near future.

I found all the products that I wanted really easily on the web site. The goods came promptly and well wrapped. Being a business it was a welcome change to have a VAT invoice in the parcel so there was no fuss looking for it.
All in all a pleasure to deal with.

I was looking for something to cover the hole left by getting Sky installed and I found Tradeworks through Google. As it was a local company I felt comfortable and they had what I needed. Ordering was very simple as I used my Paypal balance, and the parcel arrived quickly. The item was perfect for my issue and my wall now looks neat and tidy. I would recommend this company.

I was very angry with this company. I paid £4.50 for a 1-3 days delivery for an item costing £3.00. after 7 days I sent this company an email cancelling. no reply. I informed pay pal and then after pay pal acted, without an email from the company informing me of item dispatched it arrived 9 days late. I kept the item as I didn't want any more hassle. if this company treat all customers the way they did me I don't know how they stay in business. eric

Tradeworks had the products I needed at a good price. I had some queries on carriage charges which were sorted out by telephone to my immediate satisfaction. Within minutes a confirming email was received and in 2 working days the consignment arrived exactly as ordered and very, very well packed.

Product arrived next day - very efficient supplier

These grommets were exactly what I needed to tidy up some cables exiting newly plastered walls. Found them on the internet really cheap (nothing is that cheap these days - not even 'penny' sweets!) But the P&P was quite steep considering the tiny size of the package.

That said - a very quick turnaround and comms excellent throughout.

Sent my order and within a day or two recieved the product. I have used this company before and have had no problems at all. Easy ordering and you receive tracking details to keep an eye on your package. Very Good!

Ordering from Tradeworks was simple it arrived (N, Ireland) in three days other companies I have bought from I have waited 5-7 days. Product was very well packaged and I would have no hesitation dealing with Tradeworks again.

As we were moving house, we decided to get rid of sky and get freesat as most of the channels we watched were available on there, however, we had heard mixed reviews of how good it was so we did the usual internet search and came across the Tradeworks website, the site was very easy to navigate and had a very useful facility to help you decide which setup to have.

Anyway, we duly decided on a Humax HDR 1000 S, dish kit and a splitter to send TV around the house (this bit of kit was recommended to me when I phoned Tradeworks for some advice) a couple of days later I got a phone call from Tradeworks to apologise and tell me that Humax had sent them white boxes, so the black one I wanted would be another couple of days, this gave me confidence that someone real was dealing with my order! The box arrived when expected and is absolutely brilliant, a really amazing picture and nice format.

I did get an aerial man in to align the dish as I couldn't get it right with the finder supplied, but that was money (£45) well spent to get it perfect.

So, all in all, great service and a great product, many thanks guys :o)
