had a Samsung galaxy note 5 within five weeks went wrong could not see my SIM plus battery did not last more than a few hours Sent it back and still i wait for a new one have now got paypal involved. would never have used then if I had read the reviews !!! Bought on eBay, I think their thirty days is not enough time not everything goes wrong in thirty days. So thirty five days after buying it goes very wrong !!! PayPal came up trumps got a full refund from this company :)

they are pefetic,

on ebay they claim items are located in australia, however they are in malaysia,

they are dodgy f%&$ks

do not deal with them, i have been selling and buying on ebay for 15 years and they are by far the worst company i have ever dealt with.

Tradeworks and Europa Depot are scam artists. They pass off poor quality phones as new and play the system for 180 days until it is impossible to claim a refund.
DO NOT deal with them whatever the incentive.
Please research them and you will see that mine is not an isolated case but they systematically defraud their customers.

Bought an HTC M8, as had one for 3 years before I broke screen, good phone. Contacted them persistent shut downs, loss of contacts etc etc. I had first researched possible faults and fixes and tried them all. So 4 days in and no resolution just a run around, so have put it in the hands of Paypal, fingers crossed. Bottom line, they claim a warranty but have no intention on honouring it.

Tradeworks should be out of business judging by mine & all of these other bad reviews .
They are shonky & very untrustworthy, marketing knock off imitation products & donot honour there money back guarantee
I sent the product back as it did not work for reasons I was guareenteed would not occur , as I had to pay for postage I sent it as cheaply as possible to there PO box . They contacted me asking for tracking details of which there are none ,I'm awaiting there comeback that they never received return.

It was not working correctly so I took into an Apple store
It was first sold in March 2014 in the USA with the AT&T provider, unbricked 15/03/14 then last unlocked on 19/9/16 serial number DNPM962TFFDP
Front camera off center to bottom right, side case and buttons different colour. The finger print button randomly works or not, and it glitches!
BIGGEST point is it was sold and advertised as a NEW phone, which it is not, it is refurbished.
Total scam I then sent it back as requested and they said they never received it even though have proof that it was delivered by Au post.

Tradeworks sold me an i-phone. It is 7 months old and stopped working. They will not respond to my requests to honour their warranty. DON'T RISK IT.

I purchased an iphone, it worked fine until 6 months after purchase, I emailed for advice, I followed the advice and the solutions they recommended did not work, now they are refusing to answer my emails or phone calls - surprise, surprise. Terrible customer service, I feel that they are not trustworthy at all DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT!!
