Trying to find long HDMI cables guaranteed for 1080p at a sensible price took ages until I found Tradeworks. Good, thorough product descriptions and specifications, trade level prices and fast delivery of cables which exceeded my expectations.

Got good quality items with quick deliverey for around the same price as e-bay, but without the risk of getting crap. Will use Tradeworks again.

I am now disabled and a pensioner. I required T and K brackets to erect an aerial on my property. As I live in Northumberland, what drew me to this firm was simply the address on Team Valley. I ordered over the internet and the brackets were delivered the day after next. If I need any more steel for aerial erextion I will use this firm again.

I knew roughly what I wanted and this was quickly translated into a parts list by a knowledgeable and helpful sales person. Great service as always.

I recently ordered a selection of items for a television and audio installation that I am working on ... Tradeworks had all the items that I required and at a very competitive price so I placed an order. The items arrived within a few days but a few items were not as initially described on the website.

I contacted the company via email and received a timely reply stating that their suppliers had changed the specification of the product without informing them. As a good will gesture Tradeworks allowed me to keep the items that I had already received (to find a use for) and also sent out some suitable replacement items free of charge.

They have since updated the website with the new specification of the product - great customer service

I ordered 1.5m of Magnolia Cable trunking and received it within 2 days.Delivery charge of £6.95 a bit steep but total price was still cheaper than i had seen elsewhere.Would use again in the future.

Order was easy and came on time

We use a lot of the product we bought from Tradeworks and were trying to source a reliable supplier for them as our last supplier just decided to have 2 weeks holiday without arranging any alternative purchase options! We were stuck but thanks to Google I found Tradeworks and after a few emails back and forth we ordered our first lot.....they arrived really quickly and were exactly as promised. We are very pleased and will be using them regularly from now on.

I had forgotten to include some items in an order placed on the website however when I called, there was no problem adding the items to the original order so I didn't need to pay postage for 2 orders. Items were delivered quickly.

Easy to use - item ordered did the function it was purchased for - no delays experienced -no fuss - ideal way to purchase - first rate.

Good price for satellite dish installation kit even with postage and packing at £10. However, the packaging was a non standard box that was a bit too small for everything to fit in, tied together with a generous quantity of parcel tape. Thankfully a "fragile" sticker meant that the delivery boys had looked after it. Kit installed with included instructions without any bother.

The order came through pretty quickly. The price on the quality products I ordered was very competitive.

Needing to purchase some Aerial gear It was nice to find a site that had everything you need. Having Installed Aerials a long time ago it's good to see things have not changed that much (except that BBC2 is not the only channel in colour).
