I ordered two items which, it turned out, were not compatible with each other. Instead of just sending them, I received a phone call pointing out my mistake and telling me what I should have ordered. There was even a price difference of a couple of pounds, which they didn't charge me. The shower screen was delivered within a couple of days and the delivery was booked in the night before. Apart from that, the price I paid was very keen. As a regular and long-time internet shopper, this was amongst the best handled transaction and most prompt delivery that I have had the pleasure to be involved with. Thank you!

We had been looking around for a low cost 'shower over bath' tap for our bathroom project. TradeTaps.com were fantastic, great choices, low prices (which is exactly what we needed on our budget!) and as it turned out, fast delivery! We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

I have just bought some great taps (bath shower mixer & basin) from tradetaps at a very reasonable price in fact cheapest I found for what I wanted. They provided me with a great service they called to arrange a delivery straight away at a time and day to suit me, I also emailed them as I had ordered incorrect taps bath ones instead of basin they got in touch with me when they where back in stock and told me to order them through the website and they would arrange for the others to be picked up when the others where delivered so it would not cost me to return them. When they where picked up at a time to suit me, I was then refunded straight away.
The quality is great too. I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend :0)

Searched for some taps to match the existing ones and found on the tradetaps site. Looked at other sites who charged much more. Delivered quickly. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.

Ordered a shower enclosure to be delivered to a separate address. Was phoned to advise day of delivery and time. All delivered on time, brilliant !

I ordered a full bathroom suite from this company (who also operate as Bathroom2u.com). The suite is now installed and looks very good - solidly made and well finished.

Unfortunately the delivery company missed initial delivery date without explanation, and then one piece was missing when they did deliver two days later. This threatened to cause some disruption to my building project, but I have to say that the management from Bathroom2u were straight on the case and were very diligent in resolving this (and on updating me on their progress while they investigated it).

I was left feeling that I had an unfortunate (and probably pretty isolated) delivery experience, but that I was in the hands of a company who had the concern and time to sort it out for me. I would certainly buy from them again.

I bought thi son ebay, specified the full address in Northenr Ireland, delivery charge was calculated & I paid the lot, Subsequently I got an email requestin an extra £10 for delivery to Northern Ireland ireland "our carrier is charging an additional rate which we would unfortunately have to pass on to yourself"

Ordered a shower cubicle which arrived very quickly. Had a few problems getting the website to accept payment but product, price and speed of service was very good.

Great response. Delivered in two days. Only downside is that I was unable to print an invoice that included the VAT number. Info available on the website but should be printed on the invoice.

Good prices, kept well informed about shipping and delivery. Particularly liked the way the delivery company gives one hour time slots. I've received two deliveries now, both right on time, even during the harsh weather.

What more could you want? I wanted a 2000mm shower screen for which prices varied a lot but TradeTaps was amongst the best and their reviews were good. You need to know you're dealing with people you can trust. Order went through smoothly and was delivered on time. Recommended

An alternative supplier let me down and is still not returning calls or messages although they have had my money for over a month!

2 days after calling to check stock and then placing my order online everything was delivered. Never had such a fast and efficient delivery service - text and email confirming delivery day and on the day a text confirming an hour slot. In a word - Brilliant!

Took delivery of a bath and shower screen within 4 days of ordering. Received a phone call informing me of delivery a few days before and a second call with a two hour delivery slot. Excellent service.

This is a typical web based firm advertising products for immediate delivery when all they are relying on is delivery from manufacturers and wholesalers and holding no stock themselves.
They are not alone in this- I contacted 5 other "suppliers" all advertising items as "in stock" or "2 to 3 days delivery" and all admitted they hold no stock but get items from stockists.
