Started finished in same day with minimum impact to tenant...keep me updated throughout the process

I love the quick response to honesty and most of all he treated it as if it was his home

There are not many people , craftsmen, or companies anymore that seem to care about a quality product or service. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and quality that Eric provided with his repairs to my condo's leaking roof. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will not look any further for my roofing needs in the future.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish.

Couldn't ask for better people courteous polite professional did a great job.

The Trademark staff did an amazing job on my roof and provided outstanding customer service. Eric (the owner) was very detailed in making sure I understood what repairs were being done and why. Nancy was always in contact, responsive and kind. I appreciate good customer service and Trademark met all of my expectations. I’ve already referred them to several people. Thank you for a great experience.

I was very happy with Trademark roofing. The owner came himself and did the repair on our roof. We had two small leaks that got taken care of for a reasonable price. Pictures were taken and shared with us before and after the job. A well laid out quote was provided before starting the job. The repairs were well done. He insisted we check next time we have a lot of rain and confirm there are no leaks. We were told to call back if there is anything. They take customer satisfaction very seriously. And they don’t try to up sell anything. It was a great experience. I totally recommend them to everyone.

Trademark had done work for us several years ago and we were pleased with their work then. When we recently had a leak, we called them again. They were able to come within a couple of days (and before the heavy rains). They called when they said they would and came as promised. They did not try to sell us something we did not need and did a simple repair which fixed the leak. They followed up the day after it rained to see if their repair had worked. We were pleased to report that the roof was no longer leaking. Their charges are reasonable. They are honest, efficient, and friendly to deal with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Great job, on time and good service.

Great and professional. Would recommend to any one.

As first time home owners, we were so nervous about who to pick for our roof and other projects! We were quickly put at ease after finding these guys! We couldn’t of found a better or more trustworthy company to have for our first big repair! They were so efficient and accommodating to our schedules. It feels so great knowing that we can trust their work and if we need them in the future then we know who to go to!

Thanks to Troy and team for doing a great job at the Virginia Highland Church. Their expertise is greatly appreciated.

I noticed a watermark on my kitchen ceiling last night. I called Trademark Roofing around 10:30. Nancy informed me she would have someone over between 11:00 and 1:00. Before 2:00, the issue was resolved. I will definitely call them with again.

They were very quick to respond, and Albert was an all around nice professional worker who did. Great job! I will recommend to anyone needing a roofer.

Eric with Trademark roofing was so professional and provided exceptional service. Our roof was fixed on a Sunday, expertly and affordably! Thank you!
