My experience with Octavia was easy and professional. The help I received was useful and understanding. Any question I had was answered and if not on the phone, promptly and in a timely fashion through email. That being even with the time difference factor of me being in bc and working an out of town job.

They respond very slow (weeks) to reply to emails, and take forever for them to process a refund. Website is based in CHINA but they have operations in Toronto(US support).
