I signed up for what I believed was a free trial with Trade Echo, realized quickly it wasn’t what I wanted, and canceled immediately. Despite canceling, they still charged me $199 for a monthly subscription and then denied me access to the service I was charged for. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer support and have mostly been ignored, with only one minimal response. Extremely disappointing customer service and billing practices. I would strongly caution others before giving this company your payment information.
