Bespoke Loft Hatch
I recently purchased a made to measure loft hatch. They were more than happy to answer my questions swiftly and honestly. Their measuring guideline were spot on because the old hatch was a "made to measure, DIY disaster". When I measured and checked the angles it was more of a trapezium than a rectangle! The quotation came through very quickly and once I had paid they advised of the expected delivery date and it arrive on said day.
While I was waiting for delivery I took a quick look at the various tutorials and then ordered some loft lids and loft legs which gave me something to do in the loft. Great fun in this weather.
Service was impeccable and the product(s) top notch. The fact that the hatch was detachable from the frame meant I could install it on my own.

PS For those of us who are vertically challenged, the Lightweight 700mm long steel key with 8mm Square Drive could have done with a longer option, say 1M. This would have made life easier all round, just a thought.
