Excellent roof rack system for my VW Caddy. Very well designed and manufactured albeit with a slight snag that required a top bracket to be replaced. Great response from Chris and the new replacement bracket arrived next day.

For courteous staff, clean and well maintained vehicles, look no further.

Ordered new roof bars for my vw caddy on Tuesday, today is Saturday and still no roof bars. It was incredibly disappointing and costly as I had an outside booked in to start on Thursday so it cost me a days wage aswell.

Good quality product well packed would definitely recommend to others!

Regarding my last review my issue got solved due to a technical mishap their end. Overall a good company, efficient and quality products.

I have been trying to get a bonnet cover for my motorhome since we bought it last month. I phoned Toys4vans, he phoned me back after checking his stock - he had one. Purchased it over the phone at £20 cheaper than advertised price. Arrived less than 24 hours later. Great Product - Great Fit - Great Price - Great Customer Service. What more can I say? I would advise anyone looking for van parts to give them a ring, will definitely recommend them and definitely be using them again. Excellent!

18 Day's ago I ordered a roof rack kit, and a pair of ratchet straps for my van. The next working day my roof rack kit arrived and the ratchet straps were not even on the delivery note. I waited a few day's but nothing arrived so I emailed Toys4Vans and didn't even get an acknowledgement, then a few days later I tried the 'Contact Us' link on the website and filled in the contact form - Still total silence and ignorance.

So I would say this is not a professional outfit - a simple reply to say they received my message would be better than this ignorance. I am not happy and would say don't buy from these people - EVER! Would give a -1 star if possible!

Needed a roof rack in a hurry after replacing my old vehicle. Ordered this at a very good price and it was delivered overnight. I had it fitted to the van within 24 hours of ordering and never lost any business time. Toys4vans seem to understand the importance of good gear at reasonable prices and perhaps more importantly that tradesmen need items in a hurry.

I was looking for a slim line roof vent for my van in white . I found what I was looking for on toys4vans web site but only listed in black so I phoned the help line to enquire if it was available in white also , the very helpful man on the other end told me that it was and if I waited 10 minuets he would alter the website to make that option available .
so I waited and true to his word it was changed I was so impressed .
I have since received my vent very quickly and well packaged .

A brilliant level of service, with a sharp delivery. I ordered window grilles and they only took 2 days to get to me in Scotland. I fitted them the same night, and everyone at work (building site) commented on them. I feel more secure when I am parked in Edinburgh with my tools in the back.

The website is practical, and easy to navigate.

Really good prices, friendly staff who advised on the best option, even if it was cheaper option.
