When I found a great price for the Warlord games Black powder set I wanted, £156, I was initially put off by the poor reviews for the Toy Emporium on Trustpilot.
Further investigation revealed that they sell a lot of items on eBay and Amazon and these reviews were good.
So I decided to take a chance, and it worked, item arrived quickly (2 days) well packed in good condition and at a brilliant price.
The only slight complaint was with DPD status reporting... waiting to collect... waiting to collect... waiting to collect... arriving in 8 hours!
Thought this deserved a review: Excellent service, absolutely no problems, many thanks!

Would not use again, the world is becoming an awful place.

As far as we can see you have never purchased from us so we have absolutely no idea what you are referring too, or what you were asked to 'sort out'.
I thing you maybe have got us mixed up with someone else, or just like posting negative feedback for no reason.

Well what rude and arrogant people that run this shop.I had placed several orders before Christmas,when I had questions about my delivery they said I was wasting their time.When another order came in a box with an empty box a plastic bag ,I was concerned because I had ordered 2 bears the plastic bag contained a bear.I was told DPD had delivered my order that it was within the one box.I contacted them they basically accused me of being a liar and said both the bears I ordered had been delivered.To cut a very long story short another DPD van turned up within minutes and I had my other bears and an empty cardboard box inside a cardboard box.I rang to tell them I had Now received the 2 bears ,they called me a liar and that both bears came in the same delivery and I was trying to defraud them .Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything else from this shop.Ever .

When you say you are not going to order from us 'ever' again, I assume you were not counting the 35+ orders you have placed this year alone?
We can only assume you do not want anyone else to take advantage of our many, and exclusive, half price offers!
And you claiming non receipt for items that had in fact been delivered was the issue, so not sure why you are blaming us for your actions.
Rude retailer who refused to refund a faulty item
Do NOT buy from this company. They sent me a faulty item and refused to refund me per my consumer rights. I have never met such a rude retailer - they accused me of swapping the item like another review has stated. They made a number of false accusations and refused to provide a refund. In the end I had to file a section 75 claim via my credit card company to get my money back.

Amazing shop
Got a charlie bear worth £145 for £87 with their winter sale and extra 10% off. Delivery was super quick came in 2 days and the bear is so gorgeous. Can’t recommend enough!

Awful company AVOID
Awful company , send faulty goods and want you pay return to value 3.99 tracked and signed for , cover self pay on p pal we sent photos of bear, company said could not see fault ? so i decided liase ppal and charlie bears confirmed sadly it is a known fault in this bear, we did not want it happy to return, but wanted distance selling laws . (if faulty they pay) paypal kindly paid return NEVER EVER USE AGAIN , now know this happened to many people , take your money and do not want to know

Excellent Company :)
I have been buying Charlie Bears from Toy Emporium for a while now from their website, Amazon and Ebay and cannot fault their service.
Items arrive very quickly and extremely well packed, bears are boxed, but also put in a bag so that they do not get damaged if the box gets wet (lol sometimes so well it takes a while to get into them)
Overall a fabulous company to buy from as their customer service and communication is the best I gave seen from a Charlie Bear stockist.
Will continue to use them in the future and recommend :)
